Stayed Aug 21, 2025Great community with wooded area and lots of nature. Be prepared to pay to enter the community since the dork at the gate required it even though notes state that the pass is inside the cottage.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This was our third visit to a Night Heron property in Sea Pines. As always, it provided a very family friendly location that's close to everything you'd need for a relaxing, beach trip. The property is well kept and check-in/communication with property manager was smooth. Sea Pines is beautiful, and to my mind, the best location in HH. Definitely recommend.

Stayed Aug 25, 2023Great property and perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. This place had everything we needed, pool was close and the beach path was right across the street which was a nice surprise. The bungalow was tucked away from the street within the woods which was so cool! If interested in Coligny, would recommend renting bikes, but it was only a 10-15 ride and you could take the path which made it a nice ride. The listing did not include pictures of the bathroom, but it was somewhat updated and had plenty of space to get ready. Overall, the property was very clean, great location, and very fun. Would stay again for our next trip. Thank you!
