Tranquil 3-bedroom house with WiFi in Seattle/ Home away from Home

The house was decent for what we needed it for. The price was decent. There wasn't a coffee pot in the kitchen and we had bought stuff for morning coffee so I messaged the host and they dropped us off a new coffee pot so that was very appreciated. We were in town for a concert so didn't spend much time at the house, just a place to sleep. Some minor things that need to be fixed but notified the owner at checkout. If you are a bougie person this wouldn't be the place for u to stay but if u aren't picky about where to stay the value was good and the house was comfortable and safe to stay in.

This property has high potential to be a nice VRBO. The host was nice.

The host most definitely gets a 10/10 but the property is definitely a catfish. I really wish the host was more transparent by taking pics of all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The listing only showed pics of the kitchen and close ups of the giant tv. The property is rundown and not what my family and I are accustomed to. It felt like we were staying at an elderly relatives house for the weekend. There were ants in the master and we felt very uncomfortable. We left after one night and checked into a hotel for the remainder of our stay. This review is not an attempt to bash the host but I do hope she uses this feedback as an opportunity to make improvements so future guest feel comfortable in her space.

The property was completely run down. Towels were dirty, washer had hair and the dryer was completely beaten down. The neighborhood was also not the greatest. The only plus point of the property so the proximity to airport. Will recommend not staying in this property. We survived because we were there for only 36 hrs

This 2-night stay didn't deliver on my restrained expectations for our group's first nights of a PNW vacation with good friends. To be clear, we had somewhere to sleep and eat breakfasts before spending most of our time away, and everyone emerged unscathed and safe.I was disappointed by the following:- Front yard had weed-tree growing near porch steps, was long-term home of an un-drivable van (trim up, lose van)- Backyard home to 2 very large industrial vehicles (lose trucks)- Front door is very loose when locked by code deadbolt (rehang or adjust to ensure security)- Front-/living-room contained no lights/furniture except the pictured sectional and a GIANT TV (add 1-2 lamps, 1-2 chairs/loveseat so that all occupants can sit)- Coffee filter wasn't emptied, mold was growing in old grounds (empty/clean)- Most rooms were only partially painted (finish, reduce total number of colors)- Some drawers were sticky (clean better)- Ants in upstairs (master) bathroom (hire pest control/clean better)- TP in master bathroom had mold spots on side of roll (???)- Hard-to-find towels for bathroom use, towels mis-matched and old/well-used/cleaning rags (replace and hang for guests)These aspects were either OK or good:- Home was plenty large for 4 adults and 3 kids- Price was reasonable compared to others, but too high for what we experienced (can keep or raise if fix issues)- Neighborhood a bit unkept, but we didn't have safety issues/concerns.Cheers to improving the home!

Although it did not have many amenities it was perfect for what we needed.
