Tranquil 3-bedroom house with a massage chair

This was a great place for a family stay. The kids enjoyed the basement area. The location was very close to downtown. The host was very great to work with and was very accommodating and helpful in trying to meet some of our personal needs.

We had a great stay. The host was very accommodating and answered every question I had. The little extras in the house such as a few snacks, drinks and fans in the closet were very nice. the host left a surprise for my toddler and gave great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The beds were comfortable, house was very clean and modern, and the massage chair was wonderful! We highly recommend staying here.

Loved everything. The only issue we had is the place smelled like smoke. It is a no smoking place. So either it was the last tenants or it is seeping from somewhere. We did notify the owner and she stated they would bring some equipment in the rid the place of it. Other than that it was good.

Everything was as described. Location was good. Property was very clean. Communication was great. There were several nice welcoming touches such as drinks and snacks and an awesome selection of coffees to pick from.

I had 4 friends coming through town, and not enough room to host to them at my own home. I booked this house for them and they found it to be very comfortable and met all of their needs. I would definitely book this again for future friends coming to visit Springfield. I was especially impressed with how communicative Regina is. That matters a lot to me!

We had everything we needed and then some. It was a wonderful treat to have a massage chair in the 3rd bedroom to relax (something a mom always needs but puts last).I'd recommend the property for your stay in Springfield. The hostess is so accommodating and attentive.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay at Regina’s duplex! The bonus room on the basement was a great feature. The linens were top tier and plentiful. Regina was so thoughtful about asking what kind of snacks our kids like so she could leave some for them! She was so communicative! I am very grateful we got to experience this trip and stay!

The home was beautifully maintained, clean, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel so welcoming and comfortable. Very close to everything I needed. I would highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay in the Springfield area. I will definitely be staying again !!!
