Welcome to our home. This isn't a rental unit — it's a space we've spent years designing, curating, and living in, and we're opening it to guests who will appreciate it the same way we do. Inspired by the feeling of a coastal Portuguese summer — warm, unhurried, beautiful without trying too hard — every room has been thoughtfully put together with natural textures, warm wood tones, soft linens, original art, and brass and gold accents throughout. It's the kind of place thatmakes you exhale when you walk in.

The home sits perfectly between the Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach piers — walkable to both — in one of the most desirable stretches of the Southern California coast. You're steps from the Strand, minutes from world-class restaurants and a high-end grocery literally on the corner, and close enough to everything Los Angeles has to offer without any of the noise or congestion.

THE SPACE
The home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property sleeping up to six guests comfortably across two king beds and one queen bed. Each bedroom has its own distinct character and personality — no two rooms feel the same.

The primary suite features a king bed and hand-inlaid shell wallpaper wall that is one of the most distinctive design details in the home — guests consistently notice it and love it. The second bedroom is warm and art-filled, with a king bed and a cozy, enveloping feel. The third bedroom has a dramatic four-poster queen bed, warm layered textiles, and a sense of quiet luxury that feels genuinely restful.

The open living area is bathed in natural light and flows directly onto a private balcony with a rattan egg chair — the perfect perch for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while the neighborhood quiets down. Downstairs, a large private backyard with raised garden beds and ambient lighting gives the home an outdoor living quality that is genuinely rare for the South Bay. Evenings out here feel a long way from anywhere.

The kitchen features marble countertops, brass fixtures, stainless appliances, and everything you need to cook a proper meal for the group. The dining table seats six comfortably.

Both bathrooms have been renovated with high-end finishes including marble surfaces, brass hardware, and modern mirrors. The attention to detail that went into the rest of the home is equally present here.

Hermosa Beach is one of the true gems of the Los Angeles coastline — a walkable, low-key beach town with genuine character that feels worlds away from the congestion of Santa Monica or Venice, while still being easily accessible to everything the city has to offer.

This home sits exactly between the Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach piers — less than a ten-minute walk to both, and to the beach itself. The Strand, one of California's most beloved coastal walking and cycling paths, is blocks away. High-end dining and a premium grocery store are literally on the corner.

For those attending FIFA World Cup 2026 events, SoFi Stadium — the primary host venue for Los Angeles matches — is approximately 20 minutes by car. Kia Forum and Intuit Dome are also within 20 minutes. LAX is 11 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward for groups flying in from multiple cities.

HOUSE RULES
We've put enormous care into this home and ask that guests treat it accordingly. Full house rules are provided at booking, but the key points are:

No parties or events of any kind. This is a residential neighborhood and a home we love — zero tolerance policy applies.

No pets. If you travel with a certified service animal, please notify us prior to booking.

No shoes indoors. A rack is provided at the entrance.

No smoking, vaping, or open flames anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors including the balcony, patio, and driveway.

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Please keep colored beverages including red wine away from the white rugs and velvet seating. A cleaning fee applies for stains on luxury furnishings.

Please use the coasters provided — marble surfaces mark easily.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 10:00 am.
