Trailside Tranquility | Pet-Friendly, Great Location

It was convenient to everything and clean. However, hot tub was not even filled. Looked like it hasn’t been working in quite awhile. No sofa bed as advertised. Not enough towels for 10 people. No jet tub as advertised. When we called about these things, we got no response after a phone message and text message. Very disappointing in that respect. Stopped at management company on the way home to let them know once again, especially about the hot tub. They did reimburse us for the hot tub. Josh was very helpful. Because of him, we would look there again.

We had a nice time at this place and the management company was very helpful but too many things were either broken or not working. For example, we got there and the Hot tub was not filled. We had to call the company and they said that they are short-staffed and are working on it. When someone came to fill the hot tub we thought it was ok. Until that night we noticed it wasn't on. So we called back again and when someone came back the next day, they told us that the circuit box was fried and has been for some time. WHY NOT FIX BEFORE WE GOT THERE?They gave us a 150 credit when it was way more expensive to purchase a place with a hot tub. Not great! Also, you couldn't use the oven and microwave at the same time because it would trip the breaker. And then eventually the microwave didn't work at all. We had 4 kids under the age of 6, and its a chore to heat up things without a microwave. Stay away from this place until they get things fixed!!!!!

We rented this home as a last minute, quick memorial weekend getaway. The house is beautiful, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and 3 very nice bathrooms. Kids loved the hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet, there’s a dedicated area for you to take your dogs for bathroom trips.

The house was beautiful and the location was great. There were a lot of amenities and the property management company is very responsive and helpful. Very comfortable with plenty of room. So close to everything. The neighborhood is not very dog friendly so I ended up going to the state park for walks - and yes I clean up after my little pup. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was well maintained and inviting. Only two small issues which can be easily corrected, one of which was the broken toilet seat on the top floor Our family of 8 had a great time overall

Decorated beautifully - furniture made it feel very inviting - very close to everything from groceries, wonderful restaurants to the wisp the ski area - close to the state parks - internet was great - the hot tub was amazing - reserved parking is awesome - very clean - keyless entry is a big bonus (no keys to lose) - house has everything you need - would stay again - Thank you for a perfect getaway!

House was perfect for our stay! Loved the set up with and adult area on one level, and kids area upstairs. Would definitely rent it again!

The house is clean and roomy. Perfect for all our family to be together for a nice pre-4th if July celebration. We spent the majority of our time on the deck. Kitchen has everything you need for meals and grilling. We brought out 2 service dogs and were told there would be no pet fee for them. They charged us $100 each and have not refunded....so be aware if you have a service animal. That’s the only downside. Great property and close to many local restaurants and stores.
