    This property is fantastic. PERFECT for 8 people for anything in Fayetteville. Essentially 2 blocks off of Dickson, EASILY walkable. 1 King Bed upstairs, 2 King Beds on Main Level, 1 King Bed and a Day Bed in basement. We have grandparent mobility issues. The ramp entrance into the house and accessible rooms were great. Wet Bar area on the main floor. Main Kitchen upstairs. This house is a renovated Real Estate/Law Office. Plenty of common space. There is a Conference Room/Dining Room on the main floor and a parlor/living room. The family room and dining room are upstairs, along with the kitchen. Upstairs Bathroom is a shower over a tub full bath. Bathroom on main floor is a small shower only. 1/2 bath in basement. Plenty of parking. Host is FANTASTIC and Responsive. PERFECT location for a couple of families for a game weekend or a larger family for graduation/special occasions. Less than 5 minute drive to campus or Fayetteville Square.

    Perfect location! Lots of space to spread out. Walkable to all the action! Place was clean and host easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

    This house is fabulous! The location is perfection! A bit hidden, behind another house being used as a business (realtor or something). These 2 properties share a rather large parking area with plenty of room for many vehicles. The outside of the house looks like a beautiful sorority house with the large balcony on the 2nd level. Easy access to the bike / walking trail that takes you to Dixon street. Once we arrived, our cars remained parked due everything we needed was within walking distance. The photos and description in the listing are a bit lacking overall as they don’t fully highlight the huge and beautiful space. There are 4 bedrooms all with a nice and comfy king size bed. 2 bedrooms on the main floor (ground floor). One is downstairs in basement area. Final bedroom is upstairs. There is a bathroom on each floor (note: no shower in basement bathroom). None of the rooms have their own bathroom but all have easy access to one. In addition there are several bonus rooms. The house has an interesting flow and you can tell it was used as an office space at one point but has been converted nicely. Living room and conference room on main floor and 2nd floor. The “main” living room is on the 2nd floor along with the kitchen. Now, an important note about the kitchen. It is small, it was clearly once a break room and there is little counter space but we made it work so don’t let that deter you. Backyard space is nice. Outdoor grill available and seating area.

    Location is great! Easy walk to Dickson street. Property is an old office space that is about halfway converted into a true VRBO spot. It has new ownership in the last few months so I will be interested to see how they improve it. Since it was three guys visiting our sons in NWA, we didn't care but I am pretty sure our wives wouldn't have enjoyed the space in its current state.
