The Space:
Enjoy the cozy charm of our desert home. Our location is ideal with top-tier golf clubs, restaurants, spas and shopping just a short drive away. We're also a short drive from the Mayo Clinic. Enjoy sunset strolls along the canal or nearby trails. We are also within walking distance of coffee shops and local eateries. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed. PLUS a third space that easily transforms into a cozy retreat. Indulge in well-equipped bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and cherished amenities like a wood-burning fireplace. Unwind in a community that boasts a private pool and jacuzzi spa, making your stay in North Scottsdale unforgettable.

• Bedroom 3: This room serves as a foyer and can be easily transformed into a cozy third bedroom with a pull-out queen bed and curtain for privacy. (The layout of the home makes this space feel private, however, this space does NOT have a door and is not a true bedroom)
• Living room: Wood burning fireplace, comfy sofa, Smart TV, reading chairs, sliding glass windows that empty out to the patio
• Dining room & Kitchen: Dining table with seating for 4, breakfast bar with seating for 3, ample counter space, fully stocked kitchen

*Please note: With notice, we are happy to prepare the pull out bed and make up the 3rd bedroom for you. Otherwise, sheets are easy to access and guests are welcome to make up the bedroom upon arrival.*

*The community pool is heated during the shoulder season and is typically warm enough to swim April-October. During the months of November-March, it is not heated and will likely be too cold to swim. The hot tub is heated year round.

Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy private access access to the entire home and patio. Guests will not have access to the garage. However, there are 2 parking spaces avaialble in the drive way.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the East corridor of North Scottsdale, our neighborhood blends tranquility with convenience. Surrounded by the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, it offers nature trails like Lost Dog. Snowbirds and a warm atmosphere define our community. Enjoy top-tier golf, diverse dining, and shopping at Scottsdale Quarter. The Arizona Canal, steps away, invites leisurely strolls, completing the charm of our North Scottsdale retreat.

Getting Around:
Many guests find having a car essential, especially given the expansive layout of this part of town. Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible for convenient transportation options.

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES
- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
- No parties or large gatherings. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times.
- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a trash bin are located in the garage.
- Pets are not allowed inside the home. We’re unable to make exceptions. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission.
- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.

Interaction with Guests:
We offer our guests privacy and provide a self check in option. We also live nearby in case you need anything during your stay.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.

    We came here as a family to tour colleges for my son. The comfort and convenience of the condo was fantastic. Pool and hot tub right across the way, spacious patio for hanging out, close to shops, restaurants and beautiful trails. This was a great find! Brindy was quick to communicate and made the whole experience easy. If you’re looking for a quiet, lovely space with plenty of outdoor access, this is for you!

    Very nice home, great location for our run in McDowell Mt. Park. Super clean and well stocked with everything you could need. My only issue was with the parking. We all had large vehicles and there was no way we were getting them all in the garage/driveway. Kinda a hassle to park off site but we made it work.

    We stayed here for three weeks in late August/early September while Todd underwent and recovered from back surgery at Mayo. The condo was perfect for our purposes -- no steps or barriers, and Brindy, our host, was very responsive and helpful answering questions, etc. The home was extremely clean, spacious, the AC worked GREAT, the backyard was a lovely place to retreat in the mornings and evenings after the heat abated. We loved access to a grill in the backyard and a pool -- conveniently located literally across the street from our condo -- and the walking path. It was also walking distance to a couple of coffee shops, restaurants of all types, and an Albertsons grocery store (most expensive groceries around, though, so I would suggest going four miles down the road to Walmart or Sprouts). The bed was super comfy with soft sheets and plentiful pillows, comfortable furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen, which we appreciated since we cooked most days. We were also close to the interstate and plenty of shops and activities if we wanted to participate, which we didn't, under the circumstances. Quiet neighborhood -- if you enjoy peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The was hardly a sound to be heard any time of the day or night. Very peaceful and relaxing.
