Guest Access:

We have a two car garage available for guest parking. Additional parking is available on the street. You will access the home from the front door. The front door has a smart lock. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    We had a wonderful time during our short stay in Bentonville. The condo was conveniently located within walking distance to the downtown area. It was clean and everything we were expecting. The check-in was a little bit of an issue but that was more because of incompetence on my end.

    We chose this property due to its multiple pictures, location to the town square and price. All of the above hit a home run with us. Especially nice was the attached garage, which provided us a safe place for out Honda tuck , 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes. The interior of the property did not disappoint us . Taylor, the property manager had excellent communication through email and texts. We were welcomed by a good bottle red wine. The location is less than a 5 minute ride by bike to the town square and 10 minutes to the mountain bike trail head. We will definitely book this property again on return trips and will recommend it to our friends!
