Stayed Aug 8, 2025The property was very nice and clean and the host was prompt to respond to any questions. !However, if you drive larger vehicles; full size trucks or suburbans, etc. the parking is tight, and only 3 spaces available. We had family coming in from different locations, so we had to park the fourth vehicle at a friend’s house. Also, don’t let the “Traditions” Hook fool you- this is not located in the “Traditions” Neighborhood off Villa Maria.

Stayed May 8, 2025It was perfect for us. We were there for my daughter‘s graduation. The house is perfectly located close enough Reed Arena that it wasn’t a long drive at all.
