The camp was as advertised – it was a very clean, spacious, well equipped, and very functional space. The new kitchen was great! The location was ideal being right on the water as well as very close to the causeway. We enjoyed an early morning walk to the coffee shop next to Rick’s and late afternoon boat ride to get ice cream at Lakeside Dairy Bar. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were very nice and always very responsive to any requests or needs. The drink fridge on the porch was a great touch that was most appreciated. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular when the sun was out. The only downside was that Mother Nature did not cooperate most of the week and provided lots of rain and cooler weather, making drying towels on the line difficult. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to enjoy a worry-free vacation on Long Lake!
