We hate to say this as Philippe, the owner is lovely, but this was not entirely what we expected. We are sure this is the owners house out of season and that is not what we wanted. The pool area is lovely but pool is cold and you get splinters poolside and hot tub does not have all functions working but it's OK. The villa itself needs updating if it's a villa and not a home (sorry if this is the owners taste) we had brown sheets on our bed linen, thin, uncomfortable mattresses and didn't feel it was catered for as holiday paying occupants. It was cleanish with fab sized TV but the bathrooms were circa 1979/80.you need to be a cat lover as there are feline friends at the window every morning. It's in a residential street and definitely not an easy walk into town or port. We feel Home Away and villa renters should clearly state if villas are usually residencies out of season. So sorry to write such a negative review but it wasn't worth the money we paid - sorry Philippe. It would help if we could upload photos too.
