Finca Era des Pou is surrounded by a large property with approximately 1000 m² of garden featuring Mediterranean plants. On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious, bright living/dining room with sofas and a dining table for shared meals. Large wooden doors lead to the covered terrace with a large dining table. Also on this floor are the well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and another bathroom. The upper floor comprisestwo bedrooms with single beds and a bathroom. A large covered balcony offers stunning views of the garden and pool.

The outdoor area features a lovely partially covered terrace. To the side of the terrace is a barbecue hut with a built-in barbecue, sink, and a small bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. A staircase leads down to the pool (9 m x 4.5 m) with a natural stone terrace and sun loungers. Parking is available on the property.

Perfect location, lovely pool and views. Very well equipped : ) stayed several times now and will be back ?
