townhouse with wonderful views and private garden

We went for a two week stay in may and fell in love. What a perfect accommodation. The view is absolutely amazing, the scenery, the historical towns, the beaches, everything is top notch. All amenities needed in the direct vicinity and the weather was also great. The owners are incredibly lovely people who take pride in welcoming you to their holiday rental and do so with excellent communication in detail and with a lot of attention. We can not recommend this property enough and will definitely book this one in the future once again. Very very well done and see you soon!!!

incredible view. very nice garden. the medieval village is only 300 meters away and does not need a car. house completely renovated and with every comfort, very clean. we also appreciated the technology: smart tv, very efficient wifi and home teather ... as written on the site there are 40 steps to access the house ... but when you arrive you do not want to go down .. thanks Massimo and thanks Sandra. we hope for the next year

we spent our Christmas holidays in this house. we were 3 couples of friends. the house allows you to have adequate privacy. everything is new and working (excellent heating). the house is equipped with everything and very clean. the beautiful old town is only 300 meters away and does not need to use the car to visit it. even at sea you can reach it on foot in 10 minutes but the return is tiring. from the house you can enjoy an incredible view !!! the owner lives far away but on there are Sigra Sandra and her husband to satisfy every need. recommended !! thanks Massimo see you soon. seven time in Castiglioni and second year i this house. fantastic view, quiet in the night and only 300 mt far to the medieval village. this year we have find a totally restructuration with charme bathrooms.....best balance price/quality . The owner live very far but no problem for assistance and information, all is very cleaning. Many thanks massimo see you next year

Wonderful vacation home, plenty of space with a great outside and views.

We are a German family of 4 with two teens (15 and 13 years old) and have been spending our summer holidays in Castiglione for the last 9 years. This year we stayed in this wonderful house for the second time and are absolutely sure that we will come back next summer! The house is very comfortable and also very well equiped. With its three bedrooms, two bathrooms (additionally one garden shower), a large living room, a kitchen as well as a useful utility room with washing machine, a second frigde and freezer there is enough space for more than 8 people. What is very impressive and without comparison is the gorgious view from the two terraces. Besides the castle you can see a part of the lovely harbour of Castiglione, the inland, the bay up to Grosseto and also the island Giglio. To enjoy this indescribable ambiance you can sit f. e. under the very nice pergola provided with a large table and garden chairs. There are also two barbecues (a masoned one and one with gas). We used it several times.... In addition there are a few beach chairs in the garden. The landlords are lovely and extremely courteous people and absolutely reliable. They did everything for us and our unforgettable stay in their house! We have to say thank you very very much and like to send tanti cari saluti di Monaco!!
