Our home offers the ideal vacation destination for anyone looking to enjoy good food, great sights and maybe even a Razorback game. During your stay, you'll have access to our cozy living room, a fully stocked kitchen and everything Fayetteville has to offer.

Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our staircase, which leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor, enjoy our open-concept kitchen, living room and dining area! 



Directly at the top of the stairs, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen. Here, you'll find plenty of built-in storage as well as everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked goods. Between the kitchen and the living room, you'll find four barstools overlooking the kitchen.



Our bright, ultra-cozy living space has a gray couch, two leather lounge chairs, a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV and an entertainment center full of games. Behind the couch, you'll see a six-top dining table with blue velvet chairs. From here, you'll also have access to our porch area.



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three beds:

(1) Our Primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Vizio Smart TV and en suite bath.

(2) Our second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen-size bed on the bottom and a Twin-size bed on the top, a closet, a dresser, a 32-inch Vizio Smart TV and a nearby bath.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ There are two guaranteed parking spots for the home. One in the garage & an additional reserved spot in the parking lot.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.

    We had a wonder time as a family, while visiting our daughter, who is a Senior at UofArk. This home as everything you need to make it a home while away from home! Also it is in a great location, within walking distance to the market and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wishes to feel at home. We would love to stay there again in the near future!

    It was a good stay. Nice and comfortable However, the neighbors in 370 were very loud with parties and fighting. We could hear everything. Very thin walls. Would love to stay there again bc it is lovely and comfortable but the neighbors were rowdy!

    Came to town for a weekend visit to see family performances in a local play. Location was super convenient and close to great dining, grocery and theatre. Comfortable space for family to meet up and also have kids stay overnight. We all loved it. Having garage access meant additional security and protection for our car. Well equipped kitchen meant we had all we needed for a few meals at home. Beds good and linens were in good supply. Hope to come again!

    This property is close to everything UofA and it has everything you would need during your stay. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. There are plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. We were very comfortable staying there! Parking in the garage was a nice addition too! There are a lot of stairs so if someone in your party has trouble navigating stairs, this may be a problem. But overall, super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

    We very much enjoyed the property. It was very clean, well decorated and had all of the amenities you could need for a weekend stay. The proximity to the Fayetteville Square and the University were a big draw for us also. Definitely have this property saved for future use if we should come back. Also, the property managers were very communicative and thorough with their directions. Thank you very much!
