The kitchen was great. It had everything we needed. Very spacious.The whole house was very clean and cozy. I loved that they actually had live plants and not fake ones.

My partner and I had an amazing stay! We were in town for a family gathering and the proximity to where my family lives was perfect. Truly this unit felt like a home away from home. This stay was really nice and comfortable for my spouse and I and our two friends that are also married! The property was really nice and clean when we got there and it had everything that we needed. The check-in and checkout process was really easy and Sean was a really great communicator!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! We were very comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked if you prefer or need to cook your own meals. Great water pressure in the shower, soft towels, and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was large with plenty of space for me and my three teens to spread out. It was clean and had extra amenities including a single cup coffee maker with pods, shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower, and a luggage rack in the closet. These are simple things that make a stay more comfortable. Not sure I’d stay in Springdale again in the future (the town itself has little to offer), but if so, I’d certainly choose this property.

Beautiful property. Clean and felt safe. Close to all our activities. Sean Ryan was a fantastic host. So helpful and responded quickly and was very helpful and respectful. Great stay.

Had trouble getting the lock system to work with the instructions.

This is our third time at this location, and this is our first choice when visiting Springdale. Extremely clean and comfortable townhome with all the essentials provided. Excellent communication from the property owner concerning the stay. He even warned us of an impending storm in case we needed to modify or travel plans! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

We stayed at this property once again to visit family in the Springdale area. The unit is clean and comfortable, and convenient for everything in the NW Ark region.

This is our second stay in one of Sean’s homes. I can’t think of one negative thing to mention concerning our stay. Great communicator, easy entry, extremely clean, and lots of little extras to make the stay enjoyable. We will definitely be staying on our next visit to the area!

We have been quite impressed with this spotless home. It is very comfortable and well supplied with necessary items. The location has been perfect for us for our mini vacation. We will stay here again.

Again we have stayed at this property to visit nearby family. This is a convenient location in Springdale and we plan to stay there again.

It was very clean, easy access

This is a very nice 2BR 1Bath unit with a spacious kitchen and very nice living room. Very clean and well kept. It was perfect for us to visit family for Thanksgiving weekend.

We were pleasantly surprised at how everything was just perfect and great.

Home was perfect for a quick weekend trip to visit our Razorback. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need during our short stay.

Sean was a great host offering great communication. We’ll keep this spot in mind for future visits.

Very Clean, everything is very nice and up to date. Kitchen is stocked with many dishes an types of glasses for any occasion. Comfortable bed, great tv. I could not think of anything I would be looking for that was not there. Would stay here again anytime in the area.

Very nice place to stay. Easy access and convenient location. House was very clean and had all the needed amenities for a weekend stay. Only concern was the living room rug...kind of a trippi g hazard with the corbers. Highly recommend this place!

The place was very clean and taken care of well. Corner lot in neighborhood area (prob mid/lower income but no issues) and close to main road to get everywhere. Overall great stay!
