Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Big Problem in that the fire alarm chirped all night! It was high up on a wall and could not be silenced. Very little sleep for all of us that night. It was replaced the next afternoon. That night another fire alarm chirped in the middle of the night. We were able to pull that down and throw it on the deck. You should have a schedule to replace batteries and fire alarms.

Beautiful mountain condo with stunning views and easy access to walking trails and a lake. The well-stocked kitchen and multiple relaxing spaces made it perfect for family time. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning. Great communication throughout our stay.

We loved the gorgeous views from the deck and walking around the little lake. Fishing at the lake, sitting in the hot tub and around the fire table, playing arcade games were a hit with the grandkids. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was perfect for our needs, just needed a few more days longer!!

We stayed here with some friends of ours. The place is amazing. Clean, large, exactly as it is listed. The two car garage was wonderful to have access to at the end of each day. The kitchen is well stocked, as well as linens. My only caution (and it’s only because we are from Texas and it was only our second Summer in CO, we usually come for the snow) is the unit doesn’t have AC. Fans are provided and most windows open but it was a shock to those of us that assume it’s standard everywhere! We were always comfortable at night to sleep. This is a unit I would rent again.

Everyone loved to be able to walk down to tht pond. We brought our paddleboard and it was perfect. The view from the back deck is breathtaking. The whole family had fun playing the arcade games too. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and check in and check out were easy. Would definitely rent again. Great Family Vacation!!

We would rent again. Great location to Purgatory! The shuttle was a huge win! The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are very comfortable, one of the bedrooms is very very small (3 twin bunk beds) but we made it work and so can you. Very comfortable property! Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful getaway with family and friends. Beautiful home, quiet & relaxing, extremely clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walking distance or shuttle service to Purgatory. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely plan to stay again.
