Good place to stay - shuttle makes it easier!!

the views are great but the property is right on the highway and noisy. Had to close windows to sleep. Had some issues with showers and hot water and a few other things but VRC management was responsive and made compensation for problems.

It was super easy to get across the street where the slopes are using the complimentary shuttle. The views from the back patio while sitting in the hot tub were a perfect way to end a long day of skiing. The house provided everything we needed. The water pressure was a little disappointing and at times the upstairs shower did not get hardly any hot water while other times it was fine. But overall our stay was great and the rental agency was super easy to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condominium and I would like to share my thoughts about it. The location was fantastic! The surrounding area was stunning and provided easy access to the slopes. We faced a small issue with the shuttle service, but after getting assistance with the rental codes, we could use it successfully. The condo's layout was perfect for my family and children. We had plenty of space to move around and relax. Our evenings were delightful, as we spent them in the hot tub, taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains. Overall, our experience was wonderful and I would consider staying there again.

We had a great time at this property. A few notes: no oil for cooking, the dishwasher was not efficient at cleaning, the oven didn’t heat in a reasonable amount of time, the coffee pot was not efficient either, and water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms was inadequate. Trying to cook was hard without oil everything stuck to the pots and pan, tried to preheat the oven and it took over an hour to get to temp. Coffee took over a half hour to brew. When guests upstairs went to take a shower it would drip out water and they were unable to wash hair or body effectively. When washing dishes we had to hand wash the forks after running them through the dishwasher since they were still visibly dirty. Also, the spray function on the faucet wasn’t working properly. Lastly, when the furnace would kick on there was a loud squeal that would come from the vent close to the garage door. Besides that we throughly enjoyed our stay and are excited to come back! Cheers

The location was so great since it was right across the street from the resort. The mountain views from the living room and hot tub could not be better! The house had a nice layout for the kids and adults with two masters, a loft with bunks and a room with two doubles and its own bath. We had plenty of space for everyone and enjoyed game nights after a day of skiing. The rental company was very responsive and friendly when we needed them and we appreciate them so much! We will be returning next winter to stay at Tacoma ⛷️

Needs a few repairs but that comes with rentals and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Such nice management and very willing to help . Will be back for sure

Beautiful views and small lake hike down the walk for the pup. The home is beautifully stocked and efficient for a home base, gathering and game nights. There is everything needed for cooking feasts in and enjoying. We did encounter some mechanical issues, but the Collective and contacts were incredibly kind and prompt to assure all was taken care of in no time. We have fallen in love with the area! Recommend the Aztec Ruins, NM if you don’t have time for Mesa Verde. Durango itself is a fun town with lots to check out also!5Beautiful family time was spent here!

Plus, there's nothing better than soaking in the clean hot tub at the end of the day. We had one request when we checked in and the property management team was very friendly & responsive.
