The main level includes a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is fully open to the living space and includes a dining table seating 6, plus 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen island (two saddle-style stools).

The living room features a gas fireplace and a 65 Smart TV. A half bathroom is located behind the fireplace for convenient guest access. The living area also provides direct access to the private patio and hot tub.

Also located on this level is the Jr. Primary Suite, offering main-level sleeping. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet and Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a dual vanity and walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a private exterior door with direct access to the hot tub. This level includes access to the attached garage and serves as the main gathering area of the home.

Upstairs Level – Primary Suite, Bunk Rooms & Den
The upper level includes the Primary Suite, which has its own en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a soaking tub. Please note: this bedroom does not have a closet; a dresser is provided for guest use.

Two bunk rooms are also located on this level. Each bunk room includes a spacious closet and they share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that is accessible from both bedrooms as well as from the hallway. Inflatable mattresses are stored in one of the bunk room closets to accommodate additional sleeping needs.

The upstairs den serves as a secondary living area and includes games for group use.
