Stayed Aug 9, 2019Can’t believe we paid so much to stay in a run down property without even the most basic hospitality. You have to bring your own sheets for the lumpy beds and, you are required to hoover before departure - principally the paint that had flaked off the ceiling. The accommodation did not feel safe - broken railings on full length first floor window and I would be surprised if the ancient boiler has had a safety check this decade). Tatty furniture. The whole flat smelt musty and damp but it was not possible to air effectively because windows could not be safely left open. My friends staying in la joie next door could only access beds by a rickety ladder and had no lights in kitchen - just bare wires hanging from ceiling. Absolutely shameful.
