The view was beautiful. Rental was clean. Nice furnishings. Loved the balconies. Plenty of kitchen tools, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. Close to Pensacola dog beach. Walking path across the street was nice. Management company was responsive and easy to work with. Both sun rise and sun sets were beautiful. Comfortable accommodations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This space was perfect for our family vacation and it was great that our two dogs were able to join us! The location is perfect, with quiet surroundings, and two neighbors to the right of us. The basement space on the first floor was perfect for the kids because it was quiet and separated from the other two floors. The views from the main and top floor are incredible; there's nothing like waking up and having coffee to that view every day. The space was very clean with a lot of natural light, and there was plenty of room for a big group to spread out, when needed. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with necessities, along with beach toys in the garage for the kids! Communication with the hosts was always very seamless and they were very friendly and welcoming! We'd highly recommend this space for families and would stay here again in the future!

We had a total of 11 people ranging in age from 3y to 78y, and everyone had a fantastic time! There was plenty of room for everyone, and you just can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Everything we needed to cook for our stay was available to us, including a slow cooker and a fantastic outdoor grill. There were some beach items available in the garage and on the back deck, such as beach chairs, floats, and boogie boards. The condo was clean and spacious, and each family had a nice place to retreat at the end of a long day at the beach. We’ll definitely be booking through this company again!

Someone knocked on our door 15 minutes later with a replacement. We wish someone would have maintained the grass around the steps leading to the beach a little better. The condo was very clean and well maintained.

We also appreciated the TVs in each room, so when someone wanted a break, there was that option. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. It's great having a washer and dryer on site. The rental company was very attentive to any request. Negative things were all the step-ups and patio door sweeps. Everyone on our trip tripped or stubbed their toe at least once. The mattress on the bottom-level foldout sofa was horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The house was better than the description. Communication with the owner was seamless. Everything was clean and operational. Just perfect. This may be our new vacation place.
