Always wonderful!

We love Grayton. This was our first time staying in this home. Great place.

Less than a 2 minute walk to beach and close to aCharming little town with a very cool vibe. Perfect location did not need to touch the rental car after getting initial supplies in the house. Totally enjoyed the stay great place to chill.

We had a wonderful time! Perfect location. Short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience here at Grayton beach. If you want a quiet, relaxing, small town vibe, this is the place to stay. Great views from sunrise to sunset as well. Plus, you’re in between Destin and Panama City! I suggest using an itinerary planner also, we had a fun time going and swimming with dolphins, making art at the shard shop, and so much more. Only downside was we couldn’t bring our pup with us because you have to have a permit ;( !

We have been visiting Grayton for 10 years. We have stayed in several houses in the area but have found we really enjoy the older homes. This house has the charm we were looking for. We will stay again.

Fantastic location in Grayton Beach. Easy access to everything. Perfect for smaller groups (3 BR). Appliances updated. We were here over the 4th of July and the house is perfect to watch the Parade.

We had such a fabulous stay! The house was perfect for our family of four — clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location was ideal, close to the beach and local spots, but still peaceful and relaxing. Our kids had the best time, and so did we! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. This is my second staying staying at Miller House. It is my absolute favorite. The house is perfectly located close to the beach and two fabulous restaurants Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities for cooking. New small appliances recently added, I enjoyed the kettle for my morning tea Minor issue with the dryer, owner was prompt with replying and had drying serviced in less than an hour. Highly recommend this listing

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. The cottage was exactly as pictured,very clean with comfortable beds. The location was absolutely perfect within a very short walk to beach,shops, restaurants and short bike ride to 30A. The bikes that came with the cottage provided by good pedals company were in pristine condition and we had a great time riding 30a. We thought it looked great when we first saw the property on VRBO. Reminded us of a time long ago (in the 80's) when we vacationed in Grayton Beach. We were delighted when we walked in the door. The house and neighborhood are exactly as described - Old Florida Vibe. The house was comfortable, cozy, great size for the 2 of us but can accommodate more. Nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings. Kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the gorgeous sugar white sand beach and several local restaurants. And,a short drive or bike ride to many restaurants and shops on 30A. Sandra and the team were very quick to respond to my occasional questions. Even after we returned home and I realized I left something behind, they very quickly found it and made arrangements to send to me. Best endorsement...After being there a few days my husband (who would rather avoid vacations to the beach) told me he'd like to plan on coming back again next year. I'm all for it!

This house is adorable and in the perfect location. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals and snacks. The appliances were new and all in great working order. It’s always a plus to have a washer and dryer on site, and we certainly used them! The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Plenty of bath towels on hand as well. We enjoyed the bicycles and the outdoor grill. The only thing that is missing (but we made due) is an outside electrical outlet to plug in our golf cart. Book this house, you’ll be glad you did!

Grayton Beach is one of our favorite places to go. This house was as advertised, given the ages of some of the older homes there you have to have a sense of humor where the quirky layouts are concerned. Overall it was a great trip. We loved the fact that they notified us three to four hours before regular check in that it was ready and we could go straight there.
