Top floor 4 bedroom 2 bath condo 1.5 blocks to beach and boardwalk

Absolutely beautiful place and perfect for our family. Great location and walking distance to the beach and plenty of great restaurants.

Parking was easy, we only utilized the garage the first day when we initially got in as it kept saying low battery & we were afraid of not being able to get back in or out, other than that everything was perfect.

This was my second time at this property and I would stay there again! Everything was clean, checkout process was easy, and the condo was not far to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. Plenty of garage parking, which is exactly what we wanted.

For a beach property we were amazed by how clean the place was! The house was very accommodating for children and they had more supplies than expected.

This condo did not disappoint. We were within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. 20 min drive to Cape May or the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum.Loved watching the fireworks from the balcony.

Our group of 10 had an excellent experience staying here. The property was conveniently located with a great balcony for enjoying the evening shade. Property was very clean and well stocked with games and puzzles. The garage was nice for parking and storing rented bikes and for loading/unloading luggage. The outdoor shower was great for cleaning off all the sand. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 4 days with kids and grandkids and was perfect. Icecream and boardwalk close. Great layout for group. Chris was fantastic with questions!

Chris was a great host and the house was perfect for our family of 5. It’s in a good location at the start of the boardwalk with many restaurants in walking distance. My son was a huge fan of the ice cream parlor right behind us.Thanks for the stay. See you next year

This house was perfect for our family stay. It was great central location, close to the beach( reminder the ocean is very far away- but they do have boards which was helpful for pulling the wagon/stroller and walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf , and playgrounds. The house had a great open floor plan, was very clean and as described. Very kid friendly, even small basket of toys provided which my kids loved. Stocked with the essentials for cooking too! Host was very responsive! Would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. Our host was nice and easy to communicate with. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Once again we stayed here during my daughters cheer competition. 2nd year we have been here and not one complaint. Chris is easy and a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Just like i said last year, anytime we come to wildwood, this will always be our place to stay as long as its available.

Property was clean, well maintained and in a good location. Major complaint is that the VRBO listing had linens provided as an amenity, which the owner told me on day of check-in was not true. After driving 4 hours, the first thing we had to do was go to the store to buy linens and towels. Then the master bathroom toilet did not work. 8 of us had to share one bathroom. Things go wrong but a small refund for the inconvenience of the non-working bathroom would have been appreciated. We never would have rented a 4 bedroom 1 bath unit. Finally, its two weeks since our stay and have not received a refund of the 500 deposit from VRBO that was charged to my card in January, which means I am paying interest on that amount.

Great time the only thing we had a problem with was the stairs being 72 and 76 years old it was a good thing we had 20, 22 year old grandchildren and their parents who helped us a lot.

Condo was very spacious and many amenities and just how was advertised. Host was great. Loved having a big garage annd 4 bedrooms and a lot to do in walking distance. Would rent again.

Our group stayed in this VRBO for the NJ Fire Expo. It was a nice house, clean, and well stocked.

This is a great place to stay when you come to Wildwood. It's an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. The condo was very clean, and we had no issues. The check in process is very easy and Chris was very helpful.

Chris was very easy to work with. Answered all correspondence quickly. The home is in a great location and exactly as stated. Very roomy, master bed was extremely comfortable. Having a basket of toys was an added bonus for the kids. Garage was very large. We were able to fit a Highlander and a truck inside. Loved the home. Housekeeping could do alittle better by checking balcony while cleaning. There were empty plates,cups and a broken chair. That is NOT homeowners fault though. As for your security deposit, do not expect it back in the 5-7 days stated. It didn’t get released until 2 weeks after checkout, then the 5-7 days kicks in. (So 3 weeks later) Learned this after having to call VRBO myself.

We have been spending a week in WW every summer for at least 10 years. This is one of our favorite locations because there is easy access to food and boardwalk, and it is quiet. We appreciate that we can use the house beach stuff so it means we have less stuff to pack. The large balconey was used a lot and its agreat place to watch Friday night fireworks.

The house was nice and neat. Plenty of room to relax in the open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. Lots of storage space and plenty of parking. Convenient location to the beach and boardwalk. Would highly recommend.

This place is exactly as pictured/advertised. We were there Memorial Day Weekend and it was actually a very quiet street. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and after hitting the boards in the evening. If you choose this place you will not be disappointed. Chris is an exceptional!

Chris’s property was perfect for our group! It was even more spacious than it looks online, especially the enormous master suite! And the short walk to the boardwalk and beach made this spot all the more wonderful! Don’t even get me started on how clutch it is to have a 3 car garage and driveway! An additional recommendation I’d give anyone renting here is Stuey’s Juice Bar on the boardwalk. The coffee and food are phenomenal and it’s only a five minute walk away!
