Toluca · Comfortable 4/3.5 private home near parks

We had great communication for check in and checkout with Bryce. There were 8 adults in our party, plenty of bathrooms and overall space! Loved how big the kitchen table was, and could accommodate all of us.There were a few things which would have been helpful for our stay (more drinking glasses, cooking utensils and some extra trash bags), but overall we had a great stay. We were close enough to Walmart, we picked up a few things we needed.

Had a wonderful time here. House is beautiful. Has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is great. We made a lot of mesls. Plenty ofbthings for the kids. We had fun with the tether ball in the backyard. We made s'mores in the fire pit. Had a great time. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the property. It was comfortable and fit the needs of my family perfectly. The opened concept living, dining, and kitchen allowed all of us to hang out, laugh and talk just like we did as kids. The king suite on the first floor was perfect, especially for those who are unable to climb stairs. The upstairs was nicely laid out. The extra king suite was a bonus as was the loft. Having the two car garage was a bonus though the old grill and wash machine made it a bit of a challenge to park 2 cars in there. But it was doable. The back yard was perfect for our needs. Don’t forget to bring wood for the firepit. The property was pet friendly. But be sure you read the pet policy if you are bringing a pet. I would recommend having some extra blankets to layer on the beds when it’s cold. The owners were great to work with-very responsive to needs, questions, or suggestion. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay and great host!

Great place to stay, kitchen,dining and living área is a great place to hang out with family. Kitchen was nice and clean with plenty of coffe provided. We bbq in the backyard, kids enjoyed playing tether ball.They also enjoyed playing with neigborhood kids. They also let us in early Very peaceful area will stay again.

It was nice peaceful family friendly. Definitely a great stay.

I usually do not take the time to do these reviews, but felt this time I had to express how I felt would help not only future travelers, but VRBO, and the host to make anyone's stay more pleasent.the location is nice and quiet. The house has lots of space. But I do have to mention, that someone has to go back and review the cleaning. The stove/oven was very dirty. The top of the fridge is covered in greasy dust.the outside BBQ grill is in no condition to use. The knobs are falling off, and so is the lid.this poses a serious a safety issue. The AC vents upstairs are very dusty, and the iron board cover is very stained.that stained a brand new shirt. I don't know if the host lives close by or not, and is not aware of these things.or VRBO does not inspect their properties on a regular basis.things need to be replaced, and refreshed so travelers have a full experience.The house is the house has lots of space

We were in town to attend a wedding. The house was beautiful, more spacious than we expected, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the little tray of tea, coffee, creamers, and oatmeal packets. After coming in late at night, that was lovely to have the next morning! The host was very responsive and comprehensive in providing directions. It was a great house and I would recommend it!

Space was great!

We had family come into town and this listing was perfect! Centrally located in Las Cruces, easy access to multiple stores and the house is exactly as pictured and described. The hosts were quick to communicate and relay all the needs information. Would definitely book again!

Our newly blended family had a blast at this wonderful home for our family Moon that fit us perfectly!

The Toluca house was very comfortable and had all the amenities our family needed. Outside, there were lots of chairs and the outdoor space was perfect for gathering and dining and just enjoying the gorgeous fall weather. When we saw the plastic discs and wax for sledding down the White Sands dunes we were thrilled. They also had a cooler for picnicking. The welcome notebook included lots of restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated. Our stay was just what we had hoped for and the accommodations were perfect for our large family.

Overall the property met our needs well. Plenty of places to let a large family all have a place to sleep. A few more place settings for family dinners would be my suggestion for improvement so that a place that sleeps a large family can easily accommodate them at the large table.
