Stayed Jan 16, 2026Communication with the owner was always timely. The home accommodated the needs of our family group as we participated in a wedding. Plenty of room. Home was clean and beds were comfortable as advertised. Because it was in the winter we did not have an opportunity to use the outside areas. Conveniently located to shops and grocery store as well as the overall Duluth area itself. Would consider staying here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 2025We were very happy with this home! The bedrooms were all a great size with huge closets. The location was fantastic- there was a grocery store just down the street and we were close to downtown and Sprit Mountain was just a short (beautiful) drive. The reason we chose to book this house was for the two living areas with lots of seating and plenty of beds for our group of 9.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025This VRBO is clean, comfortable, meets the needs of family groups of different ages, great Duluth location and has everything that you might need. We came to Duluth as an extended family group of 9 whose ages ranged from 1 to 68 years old to see the Bentleyville lights and the aquarium.There is room in the driveway for 3 cars including a one car garage. The beds are very comfortable and the house was spotless. We were quite pleased and may make this trip a family tradition hoping to stay at the Toledo Blue House.
