The camp was very clean. It was the perfect spot. We will be back to this one.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at the lake house! Beautiful sunsets and house and host were great.

Great spot on the lake with nice views. Easy access to nearby launch to meet up with fishing guide. The home was not far from a few good local restaurants. We had everything we needed at the home for a great stay! We were also fortunate to catch a lot of fish on our guided fishing trips (2 days). Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time. Views are second to none. Pier was awesome for fishing without a boat. Cabin was pleasantly decorated. Amenities were top notch. All our needs were met. Cant wait to rent again to play golf at Cypress Bend, do some more fishing and just relaxing sucking in the great atmosphere and views. Thanks VRBO hostess with mostess!

Stay was good.

The house setting and dock on the water was great. The cleanliness was sub par with several kitchen cabinets off hinge, fans in need of dusting along with drapes/valances over the windows. There were numerous spiderwebs both in the house and on the outside porch. The outside grill had to be cleaned prior to use with items we purchased as the grill cleaning items were in bad shape. We had a problem with black ants in the kitchen that were not caused by left out food. They were a nuisance every day near the kitchen sink. We thoroughly wiped down all countertops upon our arrival with Clorox wipes. The refrigerator had to be wiped down and drawers cleaned before use. The views from the house, porch and dock were fabulous! We would definitely stay again with the hope that a few of the items listed above would be addressed. I do not expect to have my comments published on the website as the comments are for informational purposes only that need to be addressed for the future. Samantha our host was very pleasant and handled our stay in a very professional manner. Thank you.

This house was exactly as described and was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sunsets, absolutely beautiful! Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our double family vacation with teen boys. The location was perfect, convenient neighborhood boat launch, & plenty of room to spread out. This was the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen in a rental. The internet worked fine, and we could stream easily on tv on the rainy day. The only possible helpful feedback would be to have the grounds treated for ants. As clean and well maintained as the property was, ants were everywhere outside! It’s understandable, it is in the middle of the woods. The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice place to stay on Toledo bend.

We were there, 6 of us, in July for a weekend. Beautiful lake, great views, awesome sunsets. House was clean and beds were comfy. Had everything we needed. We want to go back!!

The house, the views and the amenities are excellent. Everything you need for a perfect getaway is there for you.

Beautiful house and the views were amazing. We sat on the porch to drink our morning coffee we listened to the birds, watched the rabbits and squirrels.Nice place to relax

My family of 6 enjoyed our long weekend at your lake house. Many great memories were made. Beautiful, comfortable and clean house with everything you need. Samantha was a great host and everything was as described.

Nice place and location for us.Couple things i would address, , the outside area could use a little blowing off and pressure washing a little. Spider webs all over, There is No wi-fi, one ceiling fan on back porch broken ,other than that i would definitely come back

The lake house was perfect for 5 senior adults. The interior and exterior was perfect as well as the fishing dock. The fishing dock was covered and allowed us to take cover during mid-day sun.

Lovely home with beautiful lake view. We had plenty of space for four adults and three kids. Convenient boat launch just down the street. Dock worked well for fishing and relaxing. No complaints.

We were at Toledo Bend for a family reunion. The house was perfect! A beautiful view of the lake with a boat dock right on the water. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary utensils and coffee makers. The hosts were amazing and immediately available by phone upon our arrival. We communicated several times and they were very attentive. Highly recommended!

This place was exactly what you would hope for in a weekend getaway! Very well maintained and in the most serene location imaginable. We will definitely be coming here as often as possible.

Perfect location with beautiful views. House had everything we needed and was only 8 minutes to grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay we were secluded and had a great view. Had so much space for us to hangout and chill. Property was really great! Would recommend!!

Family Thanksgiving!

Wonderful accomodations. Very restful and beautiful scenery. The pier/dock was amazing. Unfortunately fishing was not good but that is not the fault of the owner. I gave it a four simply because of the lack of internet. I would have given it a 4.4 but that was not selectable. We as a group had a great time.

The house is great. Only problem we had were the French doors to the porch. We decided best to not use during our stay because they are in need of repair. Sunsets are awesome! And we would rent this place again

Our annual fall family trip was a beautifully rich time for our family at this VRBO lakehouse. It was set up perfectly for our all 7 of us. We could all be together, but enjoy our own space at the same time. This home has lots of sitting areas both inside and outside. Beds were comfortable as well, which is crucial. Lots of windows provided a gorgeous view of the dock and lake, which was perfect for watching the sun go down. We did not require much communication with Samantha, but she was quick and accommodating when needed. The only downside for us was getting our boat set up. We were not aware that the water was as low as it was. This created a bit of a challenge for us to get the boat in the water as well as securing the boat at the dock. With some ingenuity, we got it all worked out and thoroughly enjoyed our time out on the lake. We found lots of little islands and beaches for our granddaughters to play on. We also discovered a fun little place called Gillian’s to eat. Grocery store is not too far either. We do recommend that you bring plenty of supplies such as paper goods, charcoal, foil etc. This family getaway will definitely be remembered as a wonderful family fall trip.

Perfect for a quiet, relaxing weekend on the lake!

Great open living area. Well equipped kitchen/nice appliances. Sleeps maximum 8 in beds (1 bedroom has full over full bunk more suited to kids). Seating accommodations on Pier are well done. Steep slope to pier and no railing on boardwalk.may be concern. Host was very responsive.

Excellent property, location, fishing and host. Have never been disappointed in nearly ten visits.

Samantha provided great communication on any questions we had about her property. The home was very clean and just as described with plenty of space and 3 bedrooms. You don't find this often with rental properties but each bedroom has its own bathroom, which we found to be an added bonus. There back porch and covered dock were beautiful and allowed us to view many wonderful afternoon sunsets. This property is also located on the central part of the lake which gives you quick access to guided fishing tours, boat rentals, restaurants and supermarkets. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We all loved staying here. Amazing view and we enjoyed our fishing trip as well, I would recommend this lake house to all of my family and friends again! I would definitely stay here again 100% satisfied, and all the amenities were wonderful too!
