Dishwasher and grill were broken but still usable. The home was very clean, well decorated and matched pictures. Would rent again.

10 members of my family decided to stay at this awesome Vrbo over our Christmas vacation. This house has plenty of space, an amazing backyard for sledding and lots of entertainment options including a pinball machine and pool table. It's located about 10 minutes from everything, which makes it a good option if you don't want to be in the middle of all the crowds. If we ever return to Tahoe, I'd definitely rent this place again!

The house was great for our annual ski trip! We had 8 ppl and the place was plenty big to accommodate everyone comfortably. Only about a 10 min drive to heavenly, which was great. The pin ball machine was broken, but otherwise everything else was as advertised!

Stayed with my adult children and spouses. Lots of bedrooms. 2 family rooms, which worked well for those that needed to work. We enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was well outfitted. Located very close to shopping, downtown area and Heavenly base camp/ gondola/ and tram. Wo yo d recommend

Great family vacation. This home is excellent for families. If it just had sun shades in the main room it would be perfect. Kitchen well equipped, kids loved the games and played in snow right outside house. Close to everything at South Lake Tahoe. Host was great. Great place to stay and enjoy.

We had an amazing time in Tahoe at this spectacular home and enjoyed coming back to it each day. It was so relaxing and accomodated our group of 10 so comfortably. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tahoe!!

I booked this house for a group of friends in our thirties. There are lots of comfortable rooms and five full bathrooms. The house is beautiful and everything worked perfectly. The only thing I wish I realized before booking is that there is really no yard or accessible outdoor space if that's important to you. There's a natural area behind the house, but it's not suitable for yard games or other outdoor activities. There are two very nice patios, though, for some outdoor relaxation or meals. Our group just usually plays lots of games like KanJam and Cornhole, and there's really no where to do that here. Other than that, the house met all of our expectations and I would definitely come back for a different kind of trip.

We just had a family reunion of 11 people and rented the property for 2 weeks. The house is amazing and very well furnished, with ample space for everyone and lots of amenities: hot tub, a generous deck with grill, pool table and video games, several big screens, open kitchen, dining and living areas. Only minor details were the cushions on the deck's sitting areas (some of them too worn out), lack of extra cleaning pills for the hot tub and a small leak in the master suite's WC. Location is very nice in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and downtown South Lake Tahoe.

The house was very nice, and the location was convenient and beautiful. The kitchen was large and had lots of dinnerware and pots and pans. It had a nice size dining table and also a large table on the deck so there was plenty of seating for dinner and games. We loved the game room and we had a lot of fun playing pool.It would be five stars except for a few things. Most issues are just some minor maintenance things, like loose towel racks, door handles, and faucets. The fan in the room with the bunk beds didn’t work. One of the chairs on the deck had the arm broken off and it was just sitting on the table. They just need to get a handyman in to fix these minor issues. The first night we did smell a gas leak out by the barbecues on the deck. We texted the rental agency and they were very quick to respond and sent out the gas company immediately that evening and a plumber the next day. The main issue for our group of ten were the bathroom locations. There are five bathrooms, but the bedroom upstairs has no bathroom so you have to go down the stairs to use the bath on the main floor. My grandson stayed up there so it worked for him. However, two of the downstairs bedrooms had to share a bathroom. That meant we had four people sharing one bath. I had my own bathroom and offered my large bath for others to shower. Probably a little inconvenient for those who had to share. I know it’s pretty hard to find a home with more than five baths. All and all we had a wonderful time!

We had a party of 13 and everyone was so comfortable. The house is beautiful clean and so well stocked. Loved the game room and all amenities. Thank you- we will be back.
