Tofino Hummingbird Cottage: Across from Chesterman Beach -Serenity by the Sea

Property is in excellent condition and was very comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and kitchen has everything you could need. Host is caring and considerate and has excellent communication.

We had a wonderful stay at Hummingbird Cottage, the location was perfect - an easy walk to beautiful Chesterman Beach. The cottage was spotless and had all of the amenities we could want. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Hummingbird Cottage is a very clean, well appointed home that had plenty of space for our party of four adults. Although we didn't cook any meals, the kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your meals. The home is located across from Chesterman Beach, with the beach access conveniently located only a few feet away.The neighbourhood was relatively quiet during our stay, though we could see it being more noisy and busy during peak season. The host Vivienne was good to deal with, from the booking stage to check out time. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place.

This was an awesome spot! So close to Chesterman beach and a short 5km drvie/run/bike from Tofino. Very clean, very comfortable. All the amenities of home. Highly recommended.

From start to finish of our amazing rejuvenating family vacation Vivienne was nothing but supportive, helpful, kind and a gracious host! The expression of life “it’s all in the little details” is the embodiment of our stay- Vivienne made sure we had everything we needed and just goes above and beyond for our stay! A beautifully presented property, with everything you need for your time in Tofino. The home is cozy and spacious and is nestled in a wonderful location steps from the beach and 10 min walk to coffee. Vivienne is a great host, excellent communication and very warm and friendly, ensuring our stay was perfect. Highly recommended.

The owner puts a lot of care into this property. The grounds are well taken care of. The inside is immaculately clean, bright, and well stocked with all the comforts of home. It is a very short walk to the beach, or to the Wickaninnish if you crave a fancy dinner or cocktail. Defiantly, a property worth staying at if you are looking for something on Chesterman Beach.
