Everything was pleasant and easy! Instructions were visible and easy. Great place to vacations for a girls trip. Property is as shown on the pictures but, much better in person. I would stay again and again!

There were a few little inconveniences such as doors to rooms that didn't close or lock properly.I also had to deal with high barriers moving from the inside to the balconies. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We had no problems except one overhead fan in a bedroom and TV remote in the same bedroom that didn't work properly.

Lots of room for family to get together and also privacy options as well. Beachfront with no road or other properties in between was wonderful. After booking, found out that my brother's family booked same property 12 years ago. Only problem we had was water pressure in master shower on 3rd floor.

We had a large group and the accommodations were very nice with room for everyone to have space. The house was very clean and met our needs. I really appreciated the elevator after having recent knee replacement. The views from this house of the beach are wonderful. We loved going right out the back door to step onto the beautiful white sand. The Frangista Beach Properties Staff were very helpful in assisting us each step of the way. We had no crock pot in the house and after a call to the office a new one was brought out immediately. This is a very expensive home and it is beautiful but is in need of some light TLC in places mostly on the exterior. We read in reviews how it is difficult to back out of the drive into the street and that is very true. The traffic on this main drag is bumper to bumper many times of the day especially evenings. We also read that the clothes dryer was very slow in drying clothes. The ladies in our group hated this dryer and said they would never have one like it back at home. Some of the bedrooms in this house have double doors and they will not lock due to the hardware that allows one door to be stationary so the other can be locked, has been removed. My biggest beef with this home is around safety. The sliding glass doors do not lock but have a pin lock installed to provide a method of locking the doors from the inside. The problem is when everyone leaves the house to go to the beach there is no method of locking the first level door from outside. Anyone can walk from the beach and slide the door open and enter the house. This is compounded by the fact that there is no safe in the house to put valuables. We didn't experience any issues with this but I personally did not like having no way of locking the door from outside as we left the house for the beach.

I loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom except the floor level master but it worked great with our particular family. Our son and his family used the space.. thank you for the prompt response to our requests for faster internet. My other son was able to continue his weather You tube channel broadcasts to safe lives during Milton Hurricane.. our only complaint was the dryer.. it took too long to dry clothes. Not a big deal. Our original property rented via VRBO was canceled on us as we were driving to the beach. Therefore, we were scrambling to find a location and property that would meet Our needs. Frangista Property rentals was very accommodating and helped us get into this location as quickly as possible. The home is lovely allowing everyone to have Their own space, but gather as a group for meals and conversation. Would absolutely rent again!

Our large family group very much enjoyed its stay here. The porches on every level had a good breeze and were shielded from the sun.

We had a wonderful experience and family beach vacation! Highly recommend!
