    Great trip and beautiful water! The unit was very clean and has been updated since we rented it about three years ago! We had a little trouble with one golf cart but they were “on it” quickly! Great communication with the property management team! We will come again soon!

    The Sandestin Resort is beautiful. The pool is about a yard away from the back patio. Walkway is not very lit up at night & pool gate code box is difficult to see in the dark. No one kicks you out of the pool at 10pm if you’re quiet. The 2 golf carts were a big plus. Beach access & golf cart parking was very convenient. One had a slight flat tire but a call to management company had maintenance man to fix it within an hour. The beds are comfortable & rooms were spacious. Loved that there were 4 full bathrooms. The TVs in the bedroom are a bit small. The TV in the living room wasn’t a smart TV so cable was the only option. The most disappointing things were they only provided 2 of the cheapest trash bags & only 3 packets of dishwasher detergent for a week stay. There are 3 beach chairs that are super rusty & falling apart. The beach umbrellas work but are not in great shape. Since the garage is just for the golf carts, it would be nice to have a garage refrigerator. The kitchen pantry is locked for the owners so all of the food & kitchen supplies we brought were scattered about on counters & tables. The kitchen ice machine doesn’t produce a lot of ice. Getting to Publix on the golf cart was nice so we got bags of ice & there was a big cooler in the garage so that was a plus. Bring extra roll of paper towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, zip lock bags, trash bags, laundry detergent, anything besides S&P. There is plenty of utensils, pots/pans, mixing bowls, baking sheets, etc.

It was well equipped and comfortable. Large and roomy...home away from home! Perfect for the kids to come visit during our stay. The unit was very clean upon arrival and kitchen was well equipped.Gibson is an excellent rental agency! Very efficient and organized......excellent customer service!The only negative we had in this unit is the fact that the view is very limited. Surrounded by vegetation and an occasional deer. However, very user friendly with the 2 golf carts and the covered one came in handy with the cold weather we had in January.The back patio was a little disappointing with it being in the shade most of the day we hardly used it.Overall, we would recommend it for anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxing vacation and a short walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tivloi 5440 (a gated community) offered our family a lot of space to spread out with large rooms and 4 bathrooms. It was close enough to walk to the beach, but having two golf carts made it much more convenient going to the beach and driving over to BayTowne for dinner and shopping. There is a garage, which is great for storing beach chairs/toys and keeping them out of the house. It also backs up to the pool, which is very convenient for those that like time at the pool, but we never used it since our family is all about the beach. The townhome was a bit dated, but overall clean and comfortable. We thought it was a good value for what it offers.
