The location was great and the golf cart was a required amenity for us, so having it available was terrific. The unit was clean and spacious and my younger kids loved the bunk room.

We love the location and ease of getting places on the property with the golf cart.

Overall the rental property was enjoyable. It was well decorated, comfortable, and a great location. Cleanliness we rated only 3 stars because in the guest room next to the bed we discovered small animal droppings, either from a cat or small dog. We cleaned that up and did not discover any other droppings. Also, on check in we were suppose to receive the access code prior to 4 pm to enter the property. We arrived at the property after 4 pm but still had not received the access code. We contacted the management company several times for the access code but did not get the code until about 20 minutes after we arrived. This was very frustrating. Last but not least was the golf cart that was included with the unit and one of the main reasons we chose this unit. The dashboard display would not work. It would flash on for a minute and not come back on. We could not tell important items such as battery life, if it was charging, or mph, etc. Additionally, the charging cable portal was very loose and u could not tell if the battery was being charged. Plus emergency brake did not work. We contacted the property management company who said they could open a work ticket but it would have to be taken away to get repaired and could not give us a time frame to get it back. They also did not offer a replacement. We decided to use the cart but on a limited basis as we could not determine if the cart was charged or what percent battery was left. This also was very frustrating.

Condo is in perfect spot, hop on golf cart and head to beach. Condo was perfect in size. A great week spent going back and forth to the beach.

Only reason for 4 stars was the golf cart was not operable. Sounds like it’s been a running issue the last few guests. Upset it wasn’t taken care of. We could have gotten a better location for the same price. But a golf cart was key for us. But management service was friendly and let us check in quite a bit early. Property was nice and clean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Conveniently located with lots of restaurant choices in the area, especially to satisfy our desire for good fresh seafood. Favorites included Hurricane Oyster and Seafood, Vue on 30A, Local Catch (also on 30A) and Donut Hole a must for fantastic breakfast, great donuts, pies and cakes. Property management company was professional and easy to work with. Traffic, especially along key routes like Hwy 98 and 30A was very congested so had to learn to be patient and allow extra time for travel.
