Host was amazing, friendly and always responded to any questions that I had. House was fabulous! So warm and cozy with everything you could need on a trip.

This cute home was perfect for our Christmas shopping trip. We enjoyed the Fountain Square location.

Great location. Clean and well stocked home. Great stay overall! Communication with host was really good from confirmation through check in and check out. There was an essential item missing from the kitchen, and they delivered a new one within hours! Very responsive and appreciated.

Property was perfectly sized for the two of us. Kitchen was well appointed, appreciated the laundry and back patio. Walking distance to fun shops, restaurants and cultural trail. Plenty of parking options

Exactly as advertised - The house was clean and spacious and is located within walking distance of a cute street. Would re-book if ever visiting Indy again.

Property was the perfect size for us in the perfect location. We wanted to be within walking distance of the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, but in a quiet neighborhood with free parking. There were lots of good restaurants and fun shops nearby.

We had a great stay! Loved the cleanliness and style of the house and the long size bed was a plus!!

We stayed four nights and were so amazed at how roomy and comfortable this small house was! It felt so much bigger than was advertised. With temps in the low 20’s we were snug under two comforters (extra provided in each bedroom). The location was perfect and easy to navigate from to access locations all over Indy. If you need to stay in this area don’t pass this one up.

Easy instructions. The decor and modern style gave it a cozy, homey feel. Would definitely book again!

The house and location were great. We LOVED the Cat Cafe and it was nice to have the Loco’s Mexican restaurant at the end of our block. Neighbors were friendly and we saw many friendly people out walking with family and pets. The house had almost everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Improvements needed: fix bedroom door, put new chairs outside on the patio. They are either broken or gross. The other disappointment was that there was NO food or drinks in the home. Every home we’ve stayed at in the past has at least some water bottles and snacks. None here. Otherwise we were very happy!!

I was staying in town for work for the week by myself. I really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for what I needed. I do wish the coffee pot was single cup maker. The couch had a stain on it so I used blanks to cover it up. Other than that I would stay again. The bed was very comfortable and the house was close to many restaurants in the area.

Cute house - everything online was the same in person. It’s walkable to all things Fountain Square! Cute little patio out back to relax after walking the neighborhood! Would stay again! Loved the map to show how close everything is to you.
