Adorable cottage decorated well and perfect space for a family getaway to Nashville. The outdoor spaces were awesome and the neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown Nashville. Everything was exactly as advertised. We have a great stay! You will not be disappointed with this one.

This home is in a good location for downtown activities. We walked in the neighborhood and felt safe. The home itself is clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Our annual family trip was great. This house was as listed, plenty of room for everyone, well stocked and close to everything we wanted to see. Check in and out process very easy. Great communication as well. They prepared the house for the heat wave by adding fans but the air conditioning was enough. We would choose this property again.

This home was exactly as described. It was very clean and offered three bedrooms and three full baths. There was plenty of space and it was well equipped with cleaning supplies, linen and amenities. there were TVs in every bedroom and outdoor space to sit and relax and conversate.

Timeless charm wa exactly what we were looking for. Nicely located close to downtown and great restaurants. Hosts were responsive and included some nice perks like milk, juice and coffee. Shampoo and shower soap were also available. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again!

Colin and Sherron’s place was great for 3 couples. They provided organic milk, orange juice, coffee, coffee filters, a selection of teas, bath products and some other supplies at the house. Check-in and parking were easy especially for Nashville. We enjoyed our coffee on the front porch and played cards on the big dinning room table. It was easy to get around town and Uber made our trip to Nissian Stadium easy. I would definitely stay here again!

So sad we could only stay one night. This home is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Would love to come back some time in the future. Thank you for the milk and orange juice.

Can’t say enough of this place conveniently located within 10-15 mins of everything we wanted to visit. Less than 10 mins from Broadway. Hosts were excellent to deal with. We would definitely stay here again! Thank for a wonderful experience at your beautiful home for our first time in Nashville!!
