Timberline 46 Mammoth Lakes Two Bedroom Townhouse

The townhouse was a great size for our family of 5. The beds were not comfortable. The queen bed squeaked with every move and one full size bed had a sunken dip in the middle.

Our stay was nice, very comfortable. The host was quick to respond to all communication. The condo was cozy and great to spend a nice few days with the family, the place is clean and the neighbors are friendly. Close to restaurants and not far from the lodge we, would definitely stay here again.

Very easy to check in. In the kitchen you can find everything what you need. The reason a gave 3x on cleanliness because the balcone was dirty, the electric BBQ was super dirty, and also the windows wasnt clean.

Neighbors are kind and helpful.

It was a wonderful location & very nice!

We’ve stayed here several times even during COVID. The kitchen is the nicest feature with granite countertops. Nice unit for a couple travelling with another couple or a few friends. The owner is always responsive. The complex is quiet, and parking is a short walk away. Location is convenient; close to Von’s and restaurants. Definitely will stay here in the future!!

Great place to stay for 4 or 5 with the Green bus line just outside of the complex that will get you to Eagle very quickly. The condo was clean and very comfortable and I appreciate how well the heaters warmed up the inside. It was nice to be walking distance to Vons and Roberto's. Also, the DVD collection will keep you entertained after a long day of skiing! Nick was really easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would stay here again if it available next time!

The towels were so gross, hairy, stinky, dirty! Nick has the cleaners drop off new clean towels right away. The unit was extremely difficult to find the 1st time. The wall heaters were a challenge to know where to set them to be at a comfortable temperature. They did not provide kitchen towels even with a request for one specifically. The shower heads are super low. The hot tub was over clorinated but nice and hot.Otherwise it was a nice place. I know my review is critical but nasty towels will do that. Nick was great and very responsive. We had a good weekend and enjoyed using the kitchen and sitting around the upstairs to hang out. The bus stop was near by and made it easy.

Love the location and that there was beds for our whole family. Cozy but plenty of space. Property was an excellent location, close to restaurants and just a few minutes drive away from the village gondola. Host was super available and quick to answer any questions

Hubby and me and daughter and SIL stayed for the long weekend. I am the only non skier. The condo is well equipped, clean, plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other. The stairs were a little problem for me as I need a knee replacement but no one else had issues. Definitely recommend and would stay here Again when we come again. The owners were very kind with check in/out times.spa was open and nice.

This condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for 4 people. Close walk to shuttle, and places to eat. Commnication with the owners was very good. We will stay here again.

Place was as advertised. Clean, good location and communication.

Sheets were not changed, messages the owner and stated they would try and get someone out to change them but no one ever came. Pretty sad that we paid a cleaning fee for uncleaned beds. Showers are good for someone under 5 foot and not someone over 6 feet.

Great communication with host . Very comfortable and well stocked. Clean. Enjoyed our stay.

First it is a condo.Check in was easy. During our stay we didn’t hear any noise from other tenant. Beds are comfortable. Pool and hot tube clean. Nice 2 bedroom place. Close to a store and eating places. The apartment was clean except for a few cobwebs nothing that takes away or makes your stay uncomfortable. The owners very responsive and helpful.
