Customized Timber Wolf Lodge Condo! You will want to take advantage of this updated condo at Timber Wolf Lodge Condominiums located less than one mile from Canyons Resort, 4 miles from Old Town Park City and 2.5 miles from I-80/shopping areas. The condo is beautifully nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a mountain stream passing through the property. The complex boasts two separate outdoor hot tubs, which are just steps out our front door. Each building has underground parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on the size with additional outdoor parking for larger vehicles.

This is one of the larger 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condos in this complex with a mountain lodge exterior, lodge furnishings and a river rock gas fireplace in the living room.

The main floor has a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, dining room table for 6, additional seating for 4 at the bar, and a powder room. On the balcony overlooking the mountain stream you will find a full-sized gas grill, perfect for outdoor grilling/barbecuing.
The second level features these exclusive updates:
• To allow for greater privacy in sleeping arrangements, one upstairs bathroom is accessible from the upstairs hallway for guests using the queen sleeper sofa.
• Each bedroom has private, fully enclosed bathrooms separate from the bedrooms.
• Bedroom number 1 has a king sized bed and a loft with one single bed. The bath off this bedroom is remodeled with a walk in shower.
• Bedroom number 2 has a queen sized bed and a loft with two single beds. The bathroom off this bedroom has a standard sized tub and shower.
• Loft ladders are equipped with motion sensor nightlights top and bottom.
• The stacked washer and dryer are also conveniently located on this floor.

Our condo is in a small quiet complex with a hot tub right out the front door. What a great way to end a day of skiing, golfing, biking or hiking!!

: This location is close to the free Park City bus system ( for schedules and routes). The Pink line is located just 150 yards away on Hwy 224 and it offers easy access to downtown Park City, shopping and grocery stores in Kimball Junction, Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. There is also a transit center at the Canyons Cabriolet (On Canyons Resort Drive). The Canyons Cabriolet, which will whisk you to the Canyons base area/Ski Beach, is within walking distance, if you prefer to leave your vehicle.

    Host was very responsive when making the reservation, during our stay, and following up after. Very nice place.Had a problem with heating—not the fault of the owner—but the management company took care of it. Would stay there again.

    College friends (adults) and our teen/preteen kids had a fantastic time in Park City, skiing and enjoying evenings in Diane's home. The underground parking was ideal, and access to the unit was available through the garage. We walked to the cabriolet lift or the transit stop each morning to catch the 109 bus to the PC side of the mountain.This was via a short path between units and through a small wooded area. It took 10 minutes in ski boots and carrying gear. More snow and you coild ski in most of the way (but not out). We left our equipment to dry in the garage each day with no issues. The kitchen had all the utensils and even a coffee grinder and crock pot (we never tried the espresso machine though!). Access to the hot tubs was just out the front door, which was amazingly convenient. Plenty of towels, tissues, paper towels and toilet paper were provided. As others have noted, the unit does get very warm, even with the thermostat set to 68 for heating. Thankfully we brought shorts--it was necessary! Unfortunately we forgot to sign the guest book :(

    2 families in Park City to ski (9ppl total) This was by far the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed at. Crockpot - yes! Storage containers - yes! Extra kitchen towels and a broom - yes!The location was also perfect - a short 5-7 min walk through a field to the Canyons Cabriolet. The kids (9-14) were able to make the walk and ride up to the village on their own to start each day which was magical. The common space was spacious and open and the huge kitchen island made it easy to serve meals and sit everyone. The pictures make the place look smaller than it felt. The hot tub right outside was very convenient.We did end up buying an air mattress to accommodate a couple kids in a bedroom vs on the sofa bed - but with Walmart delivery from down the road that was also a breeze. Finally, we had two large SUV’s but with some careful parking we were able to fit them both in the allotted space. This is a solid recommend.

    Loved this property. Lots of space to spread out & hot tub right outside! Nice & quiet yet short drive/uber to restaurants. We drove to ski lift but also easy to uber or take bus.

    We loved everything about the condo, especially the close location to the gondola, bus stop, and hot tub.Unfortunately, there are two issues with the Master that need to be resolved. The baseboard are not putting out enough heat (I was raised in a house with baseboard heat, I know when one is not working properly) and the window treatment is inadequate for keeping out light and noise for a large window that faces the highway.Otherwise the condo was one of the highlights of our trip.
