Great stay! It was a very welcoming home, that was perfect for my daughter and niece. Bonus, that it was within walking distance from our grandma house. Thanks so much for everything!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one stands out among the best. Everything was seamless in the rental itself, as well as exactly as described. It is a well-stocked house with everything you need. It even has a pretty impressive coffee station! Check out was easy and it was in a great location. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our long holiday weekend. The house was perfect. Exceptionally clean for being a pet friendly home. Great location (close to beach, boardwalk and Dockside Tiki Bar and Grill). All within walking distance.

Very clean house, great location, responsive host who has thought of everything. Screened porch was particularly enjoyable. Fenced backyard was much appreciated by our dog.

Tiki Time is a beautiful house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but really close to great restaurants and the river. Great base to explore the area. The inside is open, light and airy with so many thoughtful details for guests such as beach towels in a basket by the door, a beach cart already loaded with beach chairs, and a wonderful dedicated area for coffee making!It’s beautifully decorated and we felt at home immediately. It was great for three girlfriends on our yearly adventure but would also be great for a family, with a fenced in backyard and games to play. Loved it, can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic home in Colonial Beach for the family.

Fantastic place. Comfy and tidy. Plenty amenities for beach going, hang around the house, screen porch, front porch…all just lovely and inviting. Didn’t even get a chance to use the fire pit. Fantastically located and dog-friendly. It really has it all. Hosts are very welcoming and responsive. Hope to stay here again next year!!!

Convenient location between the river and Monroe Bay. House was perfect for us and our dogs. The cottage had everything we needed. Questions and messages were responded to very promptly. I see us returning to the River Point again in the future.

River Point Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything we wanted. We were so pleasantly surprised with how lovely it is! Host was so responsive and wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay there again if we travel to CB in the future.

One of our favorite places that we have booked in CB. Especially loved beach wagon! Backyard was perfect for a toddler. Water splash pad a huge hit. House has everything! Would love to return.
