What a great place to stay with my big kids and grandchildren. So comfortable, the pool and hot tub were amazing. Fast and timely response to any questions or issues. Would definitely book this one again!

We had an absolute blast at Lisa's home! Super clean and great location. The pool and spa are very well taken care of, and the grandkids had a blast in them. Lisa checked up on us to see if there was anything we needed (we didn't) which was nice of her to do. We look forward to coming back in 2026!

Our stay was amazing. Our host did such a great job, checking in with us prior to our stay and very quickly answering any questions we had. The house was good sized, clean, and in a good location. There were all kinds of games for the kids, very thoughtful. And the pool was perfect, the kids seemed to spend half their time in it. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Lake Havasu. I know we will be letting all of our friends know about it. 10 out of 10.

My family, ages 1 to 55 had a wonderful time! The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked of essentials. The pool and spa were so much fun. Lisa is very responsive to questions. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here last year and had to book our annual memorial trip back at the house! The house is beautiful, spacious, kitchen is stocked with all the things you need! having the pool was great to come back to after a day on the lake! The house is in nice neighborhood, quiet. Lisa was wonderful, and helpful anytime I had a question, she was quick to reply! We will definitely be booking more trips to stay!

We have stayed in several different homes in Havasu and we loved this home!! We were close to restaurants, loved floating in the pool, and relaxing indoors. The homeowner was very responsive to our questions and the neighbor across the street was a doll! Would stay again!!!

The tiki ranch was a great experience for me and my wife. The house was clean, the amenities were great. We stayed in April, when it got up to nearly 100 in the day, but down to the 60s at night, so we particularly appreciated both the heated pool and hot tub.

Spotless villa with everything you need and more, excellent (and free) pool heat, Lisa was very helpful and quick with any queries, we will definitely return.

Our family enjoyed our extended stay. Comfortable home, very thoughtfully and fully supplied. Quiet neighborhood and owner Lisa very responsive to questions.

Very welcoming the minute you open the door, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed having coffee on the patio in morning. The backyard has sun in the morning and is shady in the afternoon which is one of the things we loved about the house. Communication with the host was excellent. Will diffently be staying here again.

My kids and I had the best time. The host, Lisa, was helpful and the house was beautifully maintained.

We stayed here Oct 27th -Nov1st. Would totally stay here again. I think my only problem was Lisa the home owner would not allow us to change temperate in the home or the pool, she would put it back to a temperature she liked. The book did ask that the temp inside the home stay no cooler than 73° during summer months. We are not in summer months. We would change it to 71°, and she would change it back on her phone. Same with the hottub, we would put it up to 95 (mornings were a brisk 45° outside) and she would turn it off and back to 86-90°. Other than the template control via her phone I would totally recommend it. Very clean, beautiful home and had everything we needed!

Great place to stay. House and property were clean. Pool was heated and nice. A tad far from the launch ramp compared to other places we stayed, but would definitely stay again. Also plenty of parking for a big truck and boat along with a few cars

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. House has everything we needed. This is our second time back. We had the best time.

Some said the mattress’s were a bit hard but I didn’t have that problem. We enjoyed our stay and I would use this home again in the future

This is a very nice property. Everything in the house is nice, the pool is very nice. I had no issues with backing my boat into the driveway, which is not too steep. A very nice place to stay.
