Tiki Paradise! Pool, mini golf, kids’ playhouse, arcade!

Core amenity of the heated pool did not work for our entire stay.

This was the perfect relaxing holiday with kids. The backyard provided a great place to sit back and enjoy. We weren’t running everywhere. Location close to anything we wanted. We experienced a few problems, but they were remedied quickly. Would stay again for sure.

House was as described! We had enough room for 10 people, very clean&comfortable! House was walking distance of a lot of stuff(check out Jaxson’s Icecream Parlor). Hosts were nice and responded in a timely manner. Pool was fun and we loved to have dinner outside on the patio. Extremely kid friendly, had ages 6,4,&2 and they absolutely loved the play set and the mini golf set. Overall a very relaxing and fun action!

The house was pretty much as advertised, ideal for a family with infants, pre-teens and adults. It was close to shopping, dining and other local attractions. The owner was easy to communicate with. There are a few things I would have changed. As Xmas was on the normal trash pick-up day, there was no trash pickup from the previous renter's stay, so we had no where to store our refuse. In addition, there were some minor maintenance items that need attention like the screen door to the outside was difficult to open and close, the can opener didn't work and the pool collected debris that floated to the bottom from the environment. Overall, I would rate this property 4 out of 5 stars. Ray and Gabby would have a top-notch property with a little more attention to some minor details. My family enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this property.

The property is nice inside and out. Beds are very comfortable. Backyard is private, has heated pool and is a great space for relaxing and enjoyment.

When we were planning our summer vacation this year we wanted a place close to the beach, big enough to fit our extended family and with the necessary comfort to take care of our 3 toddlers. This place has everything and a perfect patio where we expended most part of the days. Definitely a place that I recommend!

Property was above expectations and close to many attractions

Fabulous set up for a family. Location was great for us - super quick to get to the beach and the back yard set up couldn't be better. Kitchen was well appointed, house was very clean and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Would rent this home again.

This house was absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, well maintained and such a cool vibe. There were days that we didn’t even want to leave the house to go to the beach because the backyard was so awesome. We can’t say enough about the hosts. They were attentive, responsive and over all just a great couple. Can’t recommend this vacation home enough.
