Stayed Dec 10, 2025The location was perfect for us as it was near Fort Lewis College and within walking distance of other family who live in town.The house was furnished comfortably and had plenty of space. The kitchen had all sorts of pots and pans and dishware to serve a large family. Previous renters or the owners left some spices and a few pantry items for use, which was appreciated. The only cons were that there was no laundry detergent for the washer/dryer and no shampoo/conditioner in the showers, which is usually provided in rentals and hotels.The facility was spotless and extra pillows and towels were available.We will definitely stay here again when in town!

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Kitchen fully equipped, clean/comfortable rooms, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, perfect hub for exploring neighboring towns. Coffeemaker not working however the host responded within minutes. I would absolutely stay at this location or any other location managed by host.

Stayed Oct 1, 2025Overall the house was great. There were a few minor improvements that need to me made. I will provide a short list.The light bulb/lamp on the nightstand in the primary bedroom did not work/needs replacing.The light bulb in the upstairs wall sconce above the foosball table needs replacing.The light bulb in the downstairs half bath sconce above the sink/mirror needs replacing. The kitchen needs a new or better non-stick or ceramic coated skillet for cooking eggs, etc. Again, these are very minor things that need attention. I would definitely recommend this property and would enjoy staying there again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025We have stayed at Tierra Verde before and the location is perfect! The property manger responded quickly to all requests. The carpet is quite worn/dirty and we were surprised that the kitchen did not have plastic storage bags, foil, etc. Wish dogs were allowed....

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Perfect house for family!! Loved it was so clean! Every room has a TV, fully equipped kitchen, beds are amazingly soft and comfy! Master bedroom has a great fireplace. Garage is spacious and has a heater so you can unpack/pack your car comfortably. Highly recommend for anyone!!

Stayed Feb 12, 2025I loved staying at this house! It had everything we needed and had plenty of room for three very young kids! They loved the Foosball table upstairs and all the seating downstairs around the fireplace. The beds were insanely comfortable, in the bathrooms were incredibly spacious, which you don't think about until you have young kids!We received a huge amount of snow overnight, and having shovels and a snow blower was such a wonderful surprise. Amazing place to stay

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Very quiet neighborhood. Close enough to down town. 5 minutes -ish. Go north to bypass town towards Purgatory. Very comfy and cozy home. Property management was very personable and easy to work with. This home felt like home.
