The back yard is fully fenced for dogs. The 2 car garage is empty and available for guest use. This home comfortably accommodates 6 adults in the 3 bedrooms along with a queen size air mattress allows the home to sleep 8 total . This home is equipped with Cox Communications high speed internet offering you super fast internet connection speeds! For fellow cyclists looking to set up base camp for training, this home is located less than a mile away from Catalina Highway which takes you up Mount Lemmon, Tucson’s premier climb with 7,000’ of climbing . For runners, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is 5 miles away which offers excellent trail running and hiking. This property has a front doorbell camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.
