Bruce went the extra mile to decorate for Christmas and to accommodate our 11 grandkids including extra high chairs and cribs.

Beautiful house, plenty of room and well-equipped

Overall stay was perfect. We had all we needed to accommodate two families for 3 days. Lots of parking and lots of space for everyone to be comfortable. Coordinating with the host was flawless - Bruce was very responsive. We will definitely be back next year. We were very pleased overall.

There was plenty of room for 17 adults and 3 kids. The game room was great. We set up a dinner table on the driveway using the event table and chairs in store room by the game room barn so we all were able to eat all together. All paper products were provided (paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex) which was a great surprise.

We were so happy with our stay at Tiara Mansion. Bruce was so friendly and helpful before and upon check in. Our family had a wonderful stay the weekend of our daughter’s college graduation. I would highly recommend this property.

As a big family we enjoyed our stay here.I loved that there were so many beds to fit everyone in my party. Loved the location and the hosts were very welcoming.

This house was very nice. There were 17 of us and we were very comfortable. This is one of the most well stocked houses I have ever rented. There were more than enough towels and other amenities that we didn’t need anything. We never ran out of hot water either.The children and men enjoyed the game room until late in the evening. The hot tub was also a big hit. Bruce and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely go back.

The owners were very nice and we had a wonderful time staying there.It was a wonderful experience!

Bruce and this wife is a lovely couple who welcomed us with open arms. This is the place for family and quiet. The game room was a wonderful touch. They let us come in and make this place our own. We had family of all ages come in town and to save on hotel fees we were all able to be under one roof. We were about to cook, swim, laugh, have fun, play games all with not being bothered by neighbors or a busy traffic street.Both sides of the family and friends loved it. We are now thinking of making this an annual thing and we will book this home again.

We search for a single house for our annual family reunion that has lots of space, places for down time, secluded and safe, clean and with a private outdoor pool. This house, not only checked every box, but exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms offered enough variety to allow the grandkids to sleep in bunkbeds or single beds, and there were enough bathrooms for each of our families to have their own. The playroom was large and, if the kids were not in the pool, they hung out in the activity room. When the owner heard that we were going to have Bible devotions in the evenings, he purchased enough folding chairs to ensure we were accommodated. I cannot say enough about the service, the cleanliness and the space itself. It was ABSOLUTELY PERFEFCT for our annual family reunion in Ft Worth, Texas!

We are a big family and Bruce and his wife Penny were so accommodating of our numbers we couldn't have asked for better hosts. They gave us a tour of their beautiful property and showed us how everything functioned. There was plenty of space and plenty of beds so it didn't feel like we were stepping on each other. They had plenty of linens for us as well (extra blankets, pillows and towels) The house stayed comfortably cool despite the hot temperatures of Texas this time of the year. The two fully stocked kitchens were a great amenity, since we have a few cooks and bakers in the family. We had everything we needed and more. This was the first house we've rented with zero complaints, honestly. Bruce and Penny are wonderful hosts and our family very much enjoyed our time together. Thank you for everything. And special thanks for helping to return the stuffed turtle left behind by one of our little ones.

The house was great for our family and the owner was available for any issues and solved them quickly. Would definitely recommend!
