Thundercat Ranch - Hot tub & Red rocks

Host was very responsive and respectful. Our kids in there 20’s loved seeing lots of Javelinas in the yard and enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and quiet neighborhood.

The house is great and has a well stocked kitchen. Back yard and outdoor space is beautiful! My only complaint was the living room is really dark at night. We brought in an extra lamp from the bedroom :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Thundercat Ranch! The location was fantastic! There is a great view of Capitol Butte from the living room sofa and Sugarloaf Trailhead is a short walking distance away. We loved being able to walk such a short distance to get to such amazing views! The Vrbo is also close to anything you might need…groceries, restaurants, Sedonuts, etc. The home is older and has a quirky layout, but that adds to the Sedona charm. It was clean and comfortable and a great place to recharge each evening. Only suggestion our group of two couples has is some fluffier bath towels. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

This was the perfect location for all sorts of Sedona adventures. We had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable and suited our needs. Thank you!

We were looking for a relaxing place to stay while adventuring outside for the end of our spring break. This house provided a great spot for kids and adults to separate and a great large dining room table to eat meals. The art is FANTASTIC and the yard was a great open space. Plus points for being walking distance to Sugarloaf for a quick sunset or sunrise hike. The owners have great and responsive communication.

Conveniently located between most amenities of Sedona and the trailhead. House was a great bunkhouse for a larger group. Cool art on the walls.

Amazing property and host! Our stay was absolutely perfect! We traveled from Texas and New Mexico with our children for Christmas and this was the perfect spot to celebrate and enjoy all the great things in Sedona.

The house is pretty roomy, with beautiful backyard, quiet at night, close to trailhead. Love it!

Great house for us, a couple of friends, and our dog. The big backyard has plenty of space to relax and take in the view while our dog loved running around. We could ride our bikes just a few blocks to go for some incredible mountain bike rides. Everything was comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Would stay here again for sure.

Great location, easy access to hiking trails, nice neighborhood, house was exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for several people to sleep comfortably. My little dogs enjoyed the big back yard.

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Amenities in West Sedona and great hikes were a short walk away while Uptown and other attractions were just a short drive. Our hosts checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay very smooth. We were a family of four but the home can comfortably accommodate a large group. We highly recommend the Thundercat Family Ranch.

Stayed here with my sister and her family. The location is great! The property is bigger than expected and it is a great house for large get together. There is one room with several beds that is tailored to be the kids room. We had a small plumbing issue, but the host was super responsive. Overall, would highly recommend and would 100% stay again!
