Three Palms is your next desert 3bd/2ba vacation rental. Kitchen is stocked with gourmet chef equipment and spice rack. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac street with sprawling mountain views, this property is centrally near both Old Town shopping and restaurants and the shops near Highway 111/Washington. Six miles from the Polo Fields for the Festivals, a mile to Old Town La Quinta, two miles to the tennis grounds, and close to other Palm Springs area attractions.

This stunningly beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect destination for a tranquil stay, family vacation, a romantic weekend getaway, and everything in between! From our beautifully manicured landscaping with large, mature palm trees to the meticulously designed interior to our private backyard with unobstructed views of the surrounding Santa Rosa mountains, this property has everything you need to make your next stay as enjoyable and peaceful as possible.

Master bedroom features a California King bed and private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and Bedroom #3 has Queen posturepedic with lift. Bathroom #2 features a shower/tub combo.

Living room has a larger 55 Smart TV with local channels and an Amazon Firestick for your Netflix, Prime, and other accounts. There is an operable wood burning fireplace in the living room. Garage and garage remote is available for guests along with a washer & dryer. Kitchen is stocked with gourmet kitchen equipment and spice rack for guests to use.

Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Rules to Note:
- *Important Before Booking Note: Per city rules, there is no outside amplified noise (i.e., music) allowed at this Vacation Rental property while being rented. Music must be fully contained within the property at all times. Only the guests on the vacation rental agreement are allowed to stay in the property with two visitors during the day. If police or code enforcement officers are called to the property and they find any audible outside music or noise, or excess guests beyond the city allowed capacity, the primary guest will be responsible for the entire fine which could be up to $1,000 or more. Primary guest must provide a photo copy of their drivers license before check-in.*

- A vacation rental agreement with list of guests staying and emergency contact is required to fill out before arrival

- Cleaning fee covers two or three housekeepers onsite for 3hrs. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.

Local vcation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services.

    Property management communications was practically immediate and very responsive. I appreciated the simplicity of the pricing structure. Cleanliness was excellent. The kitchen of this property was the best supplied of any rental we have stayed in. The location was convenient.

    We stayed at this home for the entire BNP Paribas Open tournament. The home is very well set up and had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of hangers in the closet. The ease of going back and forth from the tennis garden, and having Trader Joe’s, MyThai and Kiki’s Italian restaurants on the way were very convenient. The one downside was not having a door to the bathroom in the primary bedroom.

    We stayed 6 nights over the holidays and enjoyed our time here. We were with our toddler and wanted a comfortable base for day trips to Joshua tree, the Living Desert and the Salton sea. The house isn’t perfect (some broken light fixtures, the master bath needs a door) but overall very user friendly with some thoughtful touches. The yard is cute and private.

    We rented this fantastic property for work in the area. We work nights. This was a wonderful large home that really is in a quiet area. Hosts where great and was very flexible with our very late checkin in. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay.

    My wife and I were in the area to attend the tennis tournament at Indian Wells. We love La Quinta and have stayed there multiple times, usually in La Quinta Cove. This house was even more convenient for attending the tournament which is about 1.5 miles away. The house was clean and quiet, although there is a faint odor of cigarette smoke noticeable when you first come in. (The neighbor smokes outside and that may be the source.) There are tons of positives about the house. The location is great for easy access to Old Town, about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. The kitchen is really well stocked and there is a pantry that had a large number of spices. We didn't use the grill but it was a good size Weber with a side burner as well. The bedrooms weren't huge, but the Master was decent size. If you are traveling with a group of adults, one really nice feature is that all the bedrooms had at least a double bed so no one would have to sleep in a twin. There is a large screen TV in the living room which was easy to use and included Amazon Prime. There are a couple of downsides. The house is very dark, with almost no natural light. The owner favors very large, heavy pieces of furniture which contributes to this issue. The bathrooms are a little dated, and the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom has no doors and has no fan. Even though it was just my wife and I we ended up using the second bathroom most of the time because it had a door and fan.
