Stayed Dec 6, 2025The house was clean and efficient. Had everything we needed without a bunch of clutter. We love the location of this neighborhood. I like having security at the gate since we are from out of town. Pool was perfect. We are repeat customers and will continue to be.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Overall we were very happy with our rental. the place was very clean and well Maintained! The only notes are small ones: 1. The back gate into the pool area doesn't latch anymore. Not the biggest deal but gators and other animals could have access. 2. The throw pillows were noticeably worn out. Again, not the biggest deal. We would absolutely rent from this company again! The responsiveness of the property manager was excellent! Calls were almost always answered right away. If they were not, I would get a call back very soon after!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025We loved this property. We added on the heat for the pool and it was great. We were able to swim daily, even on the cooler days. We are hoping to stay here again on our next trip to Florida.

Stayed Jan 29, 2025The townhouse is very basic and the furniture is dated, but for the price point this is expected. Lennon was great to deal with, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds would be my only complaint as they are very hard and squeaky.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Nice townhouse in a quiet area with lots of vacationers. Furniture including beds and some fixtures need updating. Felt safe but needs some TLC.

Stayed Oct 28, 2024Very nice but some electrical work needs done in the upstairs bathrooms and one of the showerhead did not work. There is NOTHING extra if it was not on the list. The communal pool was awesome. It was a good time.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Our stay was nice, but…There wasn’t much cooking pans like pizza pan, pizza cutter, cooking pans for oven, no dish towels or dish rags. I feel like $50 worth of some basic kitchen utensils would go a long way to update some of the cooking needs. The dining room chairs were really dirty and need reupholstered. The mattresses were older and not very comfortable. The pillows were flat. Other than that it wasn’t a bad place to stay. We liked that there were two floors and on a quiet street. The owner’s communication was good. It was very easy to check in.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Every thing was perfect the house was very clean the beds were comfortable love the town house you still have a pool when the resort pool closes at 10 pm walmart is close by for your daily needs it was an amazing trip will be returning next year
