Stayed Nov 6, 2025Beautiful 2 night stay in the off-season, early November. Came for peace and quiet, relaxation and good food. The house and little village delivered in all. The gas fireplace added a great vibe and warmth.

Stayed Sep 24, 2025Great spot on the lake! Enjoyed our fall outing! Brian is a great host answering all our questions quickly.The house is well equipped with anything you need. The outdoor space is also great with plenty of seating in different spots around the yard.Would highly recommend a stay here.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025The property is perfect for families with toddlers/young kids and I’m sure would be fine for teens too. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and the space felt just right but I would not have more than that. Everything was clean, nice deck and yard space for games. The lake is so beautiful and this place had great options to enjoy it!

Stayed Nov 28, 2024Perfect little cottage right on the lake close to family for Thanksgiving. Would love to go back in the warmer weather to appreciate the lakefront!!! Brian was excellent on communicating .. any questions we had .. and check in process was seamless.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024We loved our weekend on Skaneateles Lake at the 3 Birds Cottage. The location was perfect for easy trips into town and the property itself was just lovely overlooking the lake. We made use of the wood fire pit and there are ample chairs to use around the fire. We also enjoyed the indoor fireplace which kept the cottage cozy.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024This lakefront cottage was wonderful. Very clean and very much matched the pictures we had seen. Brian was really great. Communication couldn’t have been better. Our weather was amazing till Saturday but we were heading home so no worries there. Thank you and will stay again if the timing works out!

Stayed Dec 22, 2023This property is perfect for a family getaway. It’s in a great location with a nice view of the lake and lake access and has everything there to make you feel at home. And Brian couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating- we had a wonderful time and will be back!
