The Space:

Unique waterfront pet-friendly vacation home in Ocean City, Maryland. This home offers three bedrooms, two full-bathrooms and ample indoor and outdoor living space. The living area features a large living room with two sleep-sofas, work space, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, televisionand ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and television. The third bedroom features a set of bunk-beds, single bed and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the home. The home has been extensively renovated and is in good condition with a cool coastal vibe. Bring your boat or favorite watersports gear as this vacation rental includes access to the home's lateral dock space. There is a large, furnished deck off of the living level that leads out to the waterfront. Additionally, there is a large rooftop deck that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. The home is located in a quiet bayside location, but just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. This home is pet friendly. $100 additional pet fee when booking with a pet. There is a two pet limit. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #56478



General Policies

Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.



The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.



No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.



Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.



Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.



Cancellation Policy

All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.



Interaction with Guests:

Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.

    Overall good. However. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. The grill did not work. We didn’t find the house instructions until the last night because they were left high up in a corner on a shelf at the mini bar. All instructions were different between the texts, online guide and physical instructions. They should all say the same things.

    Home was very nice and very clean when we arrived. House was as advertised; had a cool deck on the roof and a very awesome back deck right on the canal. Very cool.It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood just off of Coastal Highway. The neighbors were nice as well. Would absolutely stay here again.

    This was a last minute trip and this property exceeded our expectations! Ideal location in town, quiet street, and easy beach access. The rooftop deck was the highlight: beautiful sunsets and so breezy. Our teens always had something to do bc of the deck and canal (fishing, crabbing). Comfy furniture and so clean. We will be returning!
