Stayed Sep 6, 2025The location of the property was perfect. The house was very clean and well equipped except for the household items we were told to bring and the sheets we rented because we don't own king-size sheets. Our only issues were that the TV was challenging to operate and it would have been even more desirable had there been kayaks to use. Also, there was a slight musty smell perhaps from being closed up for a while. All in all I loved it.

Our grandchildren loved playing in the pond and the house was the perfect size. It is always a positive experience renting through Martha Murray.

House was really nice. The upstairs was great for small grandchild and my daughter. Of note my daughter did catch the mouse on the last night!

The property was warm, welcoming, quiet, comfortable, and private. The lake view was beautiful. The property was also conveniently located. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was well set up, just the size for 6 adults. The house instruction binder and internet instructions were also very helpful!Martha Murray’s communication was great, called to inform us that the property was ready before check-in. Our entire experience was great. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home.

Perfect for kayaking, fishing or a quick dip after the beach. One mile, easy walk to West Dennis Beach. Enclosed outdoor shower, central AC and washer/dryer make your stay comfortable.
