Stayed Jul 15, 2023We have stayed at this house for the past 2 summers and absolutely love it! Especially, since we can bring our chocolate lab, whose most favorite thing to do in life, besides eat, is to swim. There is the most clear and clean pond in walking distance that both humans and dogs can swim in. The walk into downtown Osterville is also quaint. And the pizza at Crisp is delish!

Stayed Jul 23, 2022This house was a good fit for our group. (3 Moms & 4 kids). It met our criteria with the three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, washer dryer and family space. The location was different from where we usually stay, but it worked! We had a great week!

Stayed Jul 10, 2022We had a great stay! The house's location was incredible, walking distance to downtown Osterville, right around the corner (literally) from Micah and Joshua pond, and minutes from Dowses beach. All the roads had sidewalks, great for walking, running, and biking and the small neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the beach pass, outdoor charcoal grill, and bikes. The house was clean, and there was enough room for six adults and our two-year-old chocolate lab. We will be booking again for next summer! Thank you, Walter.

Stayed Oct 2, 2021Needed a good cleaning. Outside deck was filthy and not usable.Inside furniture for watching consisted of three worn-out couches, uncomfortable, and no ottomans or foot stools.

Stayed Aug 29, 2019We had a great stay! The kids loved the kids area with toys, we appreciated the beach supplies, and the house had plenty of space. The screen door had some holes and was hard to keep on the tracks; otherwise, everything was just right!
