Stayed Jun 20, 2023Great location: 5 minutes to groceries, 10 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to the beach. Clean, cozy. Comfortable staying for getting fun of vacation.

Stayed Jan 3, 2023House was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and beaches. We will return next year.

Stayed Feb 28, 2022This is a first time vacation rental property that met our expectations. The property has been well maintained and recently refurbished. Mark, the owner met us at the house when we arrived. Prior to our trip we had no problems reaching Mark and he answered all our questions about his rental property. He was very cordial and accommodating . And on request he provided us with some items that were missing such as a bbq grill and kettle. We were planning to have family visit here which included grandchildren under the age of two. The house met our needs and we highly recommend it. The location is excellent. Close to stores and other amenities. And most importantly it is about a fifteen minute drive to the beach.
