This place has swimming pool with water heater and parking for many cars.

Insufficient seating for 12 people otherwise excellent

House has an interesting design that works in some ways but not others. May be great for a gathering of friends aged 20-60 but the house works less well for young children or seniors. There was an infant’s crib but no sheets, no highchair or no games except pool toys. There were many TVs but all were streaming services with no live TV, not good for seniors. Additionally, internet was slow and spotty. Why was there a Christmas tree up in March? Why was the heat and AC control hidden behind a TV? Why was there a mirror over the toilet in master bath? Why was the description not clear about the two rooms that could only be accessed from the outside, neither room having heat? Why were there no directives for pool maintenance?The experience would have been much easier with a clear, detailed set of directions about heat/ac, keys, pool etc. The place was well stocked with towels and paper goods and the host did respond to questions promptly. Despite the issues, we enjoyed our week.

The host was quick with messages and pleasant. The pictures doesn’t do the size of the house justice. The house is perfect for a family trip or couples. I have already contacted a few friends to make a trip back and stay here again! Came stock with pretty much everything and ample of linen.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. Clean, spacious, and a great place for entertainment with a pool, pool table and outdoor area with a kitchen and TV’s! On top of all that, the property owner was great! He was so friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay!

A great place to stay, we had lot of room and the house was very clean. Love the pool and it was very clean. The outside kitchen was the best. Only thing there was no pots and pans to cook with that we needed to cook. Over all we had a great time and a great stay. We would come back if we visited Tampa again.

Host and place are very accommodating to say the least. Will very much consider the same property again next we are in town for that amazing stay experience.

Overall it is a very nice place to stay. It is pretty handicapped accessible with 1 step at the door and a small step down into the main room. None of the bathrooms have safety bars. The house was well equipped although we had to go on a hunting expedition to find cooking pots. They were in the outdoor kitchen. Lots of towels and supplies which was nice. One thing you really need to know is that 2 of the bedrooms are only accessible from outside. They are attached to the house, but there is no interior entrance. It wasnt a problem for us as we had no young children. The entire house is surrounded by a fence so these rooms are secure. The pool is really nice - big and deep especially for Florida.

Very Clean home. Pool and amenities were great.

The hotel was very clean, the only disappointment were the bedroom locations for our family with 4 children. If I had known the 2 bedrooms were outside of the main house, I don't think we would have booked. Also, there were no check in or check out instructions and locating the keys for the 2 guestrooms took us time to figure out.

It's a great property especially if you're traveling with friends. We were a group of nine and we were all very comfortable in the house for a long weekend. The host was very friendly and communicated well which made our stay even better. The pool and outdoor kitchen are absolutely amazing.
