Equipped with all home comforts , two central air conditioners, laundry room, the kitchen is equipped with all glassware, silverware, cooking pots and pans , just a short drive to the supermarket and start preparing your favorite food if you'd like. The cozy backyard has two tables with plenty sitting space and a small Charcoal BBQ to grill your favorite food (guests provide the Charcoal and fuel, owner does not provide these). Also available upon request is an infant/toddler playpen and a stroller. If you have more than 8 people please let me know , We can set up an air mattress for you. Parking on driveway only 4 cars . The Garage IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. No Street parking available
Note: Due to the family residential nature of this neighborhood, the house is NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the house. Smoking is allowed on outside Patio area. No pets allowed. There is a $200 deposit (refundable) 100% after inspection of the Property. All refunds will go to the original credit card that was used on booking within 7 working days after check out. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN CARS. Owner is not responsible for anything lost or stolen inside the house or outside the property.
